Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 500 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 metres in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated hard rock (blasting prohibited) and disposal of surplus excavated hard rock as directed, within a lead of 50 metres complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying HDPE duct pipe of bore 100 mm for protection of electric cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in disintegrated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated rock not exceeding 50 metres from starting points complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour in repairs for GI tubing medium grade including accessories for protection of cables on poles / under road crossing of 100 mm bore size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix of ACB 4 Pole, 415 Volt, 50 kA with Thermal Magnetic Release (Manual draw out type) of capacity 1250 Amps embedded in a closed enclosure LT panel ( from CPRI approved manufacturer) ground mounted out door type Panel of suitable size, centre opening in two halve front, hinged type door made out of CRCA sheet and outer door made out of 3 mm thick with locking arrangement on it duly powder coated and fixed with MS angle iron frame of size 40X40X6 mm duly embedded in PCC platform and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with colour along with gable roof, ventilation louvers & including control wiring with suitable Copper wire including copper bus bar of 1250 amps capacity complete to accommodate the ACB as incoming with two run 500 sqmm cable and busbar as outgoing with two run 500 sqmm cable all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Rates quoted must be included of panel accessories like cable gland, Aluminium Lugs, control wiring, Bus bar, Digital Ammeter, Voltmeter, danger plate, indicator lamp, push button, ACB and disconnecting existing cable from the transformer Panel and re connecting and fixing of the same in Panel along with proper dressing of cables etc. (b) Rate quoted does not include the item cost of LT Cable and it will be paid separately under BOQ. (c) The panel design and drawing should get approved by the department before placing order to the manufacturer.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage up to 3.3 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2 x1 metre complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for end outdoor jointing kit suitable for XLPE/ PVC Cable 1100 volts grade, heat shrinkable type for indoor/ outdoor applications complete including preparing ends of cable of size 500 sqmm 3.5 core all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation of fast earth electrode 3.0 metre length size model F84, having two Mild Steel pipe one inside the other with proper not deep galvanised outer dia 88 mm and inner dia 48 mm and the cavity between the rod pipes is filled with ground resistance improment powder, sealed with both end the outer pipe of electrode should be zinc coated, the electrode should buried directly in the ground by making boring of diameter 10'' with boring machine highly conductive non-magnetic and non-corrosive is to be connected with GI strip 25 X 4 mm of required length to facilitate further connection to earth dolly and provision of earthing chamber in bricks wall size 45 x 45 x 15 cm an having PCC cover of required size complete as per IS 3034 and as directed.

Supply and Fix earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x4mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified & directed.

Material and Labour for GI tubing medium grade in repairs including accessories for protection of cables on poles / under road crossing of 40 mm bore size complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for laying of 40 mm graded stone aggregate in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick including spreading, levelling all around the Voltage stabilizer and substation complete all as specified & directed.
