Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil other than sand in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and cleaning and levelling the site etc.,complete - Open Earth work Excavation.

Supply of M.S. PIPES- SPIRAL/LONGITUDIDNAL WELDING AS PER IS 3589/2001 WITH INTERNAL LINING AND EXTERNAL COATING MADE WITH FE410 457 X10 .450mm

Lowering M.S.Pipes and Specials into the trenches and laying to proper grade and alignment by the TWAD Board Offices

Providing and laying PCC 1:4:8 grade for levelling course for base of trenched /channels etc.., maximum size of coarse aggregate 40mm size curing by sprinkling /ponding of water etc..,complete as directed Build Data .25

Refilling the trenches with suitable excavated earth available along the alignment after the pipes & specials are laid jointed &tested in layers &watering ramming & consolidation directed by the Engineer in charge

Dewatering the trenches during excavation and laying Jointing of sewers by engaging diesel pumpset upto 7.5 HP and fuel crew ,hire charges transporation and all other items of work complete as per standard specification and as directed by engineer TWAD Board Officers .

Barricading work (Where the lines are in narrow width of municipality area, busy streets like Market, Bus stand and in the Highways etc.) for laying of pipe line using casurina poles at 1.50m center to center (8cm to 10cm dia. and 1.80m height) vertical with horizontal poles in two rows, painting the vertical poles in the road facing sides with ready mix paint, tying the vertical and horizontal poles with coir rope including supplying, delivery and fixing of GI sheet (0.90m x 0.8mm thick) in the horizontal poles and fixing 75mm dia. reflectors including earth work excavation for fixing vertical posts and finally removing and stacking the materials safely for further use etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board officers. e

Lighting arrangements (maintenance works) withgenset : Hire charges for portable Genset 1.00 KVA with 2 Nos. of150W flood light including all incidental charges,transportation, crew charges and fuel charges etc.,complete.
