Taking old unserviceable LT Panel & Supply , installation, testing and commissioning wall mounted type, weather proof, LT Panel board made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet front openable, double door openable up to minimum 180 deg. & removable type having magnetic catche system, lockable / openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated locks, louvers and air vent gaskets for natural air flow suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 Hz ,factory febricated with suitable foamed-in PU gasket to make it dust/vermin proof , IP 54 protection, Powder coated and prewired as per standard engineering practice, the panel manufacturer should have got any one of the panel tested at CPRI earliest for short circuit current of 50 KA for one second and similar design and technology shall be adopted for fabrication of panel copy of CPRI test report shall be produce to GE along with a certificate from manufacturer of the panel that the similar design and standard have followed in these panels complete ,suitable cable glands for cable entry. The panel shall be suitable to accomodate the following equiptments :-

(a) Aluminium bus bar of capacity duly covered with colour coded shrinkable sleeves not less than 300 amps for Phases and neutral - 01 set (b) Panel instrumental wiring with FRLS suitable size but not less than 2.5 sqmm copper wire single core - 01 Job (c) Panel indicating lamp neon/LED type (Red ,Yellow & Blue) with lamp holders - 03 Nos (d) MCCB 4 pole ,Ics=100%Icu- 25/26 KA, 415 Volts, 200 Amps , with thermal adjustable and fixed magnetic setting with extended terminals - 01 Nos. Note :- (i) Size of LT Panel shall not be less then 3' x 2'. The panel should have hanging arrangement on the wall. The cost of complete hanging arrangement & making good the surfaces as per existing one shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item.

M & L for providing earthing with GI earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6.3mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5M below ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm thick for earthing lead fixed by means of nuts,bolt,washers etc connected to earth test point complete all as specified in electrical plate NO 3 of SSR 1996 part 1 ,including necessary excavation and earth work in any strata of soil,comman salt, charcoal dust, 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection to earth lead, GI water pipe 20mm dia with funnel &wire mesh , PCC pit with CI cover and frame etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- All the joints shall be made with welding to get proper conductivity.

Taking down U/S Garden lights and S & F Garden Light New generation, post top, energy saving, enviromental friendly, long life aesthetically, designed with symmetrical light distribution, spun aluminium landscape luminarie with high power LEDs as light source incl suitable size box and accessories complete all as specified and directed. Make : Wipro CAT No.- LP07-671-XXX-57-CL or Equivalent in Philips/ CG. Necessary Grouting/white washing/ Req. dia of pipe is deemed to be incl. by the Contractor.

Taking down U/S Gate lights and S & F Gate light design with a modern lock using new generation technology in LED to improve your outdoor areas. Shall be pressure die cast aluminium housing with specially designed optics provide uniform light distribution to redifine outdoor and enhance architectural design. Make :Wipro CAT No. LP06-351-XXX-57-XX or Equivalent Philips/ CG. Necessary Grouting/white washing/ Req. dia of pipe required for fixing of gate light is deemed to be incl. by the Contractor.

Taking down U/S LT Cables and Supplying, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable, heavy duty, 1100 Volts, XLPE insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable , laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

120 Sqmm 3.5 Core.

16 Sqmm 2.0 Core.

10 Sqmm 2.0 Core.

Excavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth and getting out in for foundation of pole,stay,laying of cable and pipe etc all specified in any type of soil

Returning and filling in ,including spreading and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 m & depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50 m above the starting point.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 as in foundations filling and mass concrete using 40 mm graded stone aggregate

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles.

S&F DWC pipe for cable Protection of Sizes 125mmx107mm along with snap fit Coupler, any additional attachments fixing all as specified and directed. Make : Rex Polyextrusion / Turipati
