Manning and operation of Sewage treatment plant 500 KLD at Ajaymeru by providing 01 (One) FGM in each shift. Operation consists of two shift in a day (each shift is having 8 hours of duration) i.e. from 0600 hours to 1400 hours & 1400 hours to 2200 hours on all working days including Sundays and holidays. The installation comprising of following items/ machinery / fittings etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. (a) Sewage pumping set 5.0 HP to 12.5 HP capacity – 05 Nos (b) Filter feed pumping set 7.5 HP capacity – 02 Nos (c) Root air blower 20 HP capacity - 02 Nos (d) Centrifugal pumping set 25 HP capacity – 02 Nos (e) Filter press pump set 1.37 HP - 02 Nos (f) LT Panel complete with MCCBs and Starters - 02 Nos (g) Main Header alongwith sluice valves of different size (h) UG Sump 50000 Glns - 01 Nos

[Note for srl item No 1 &2 :- The details of operation of above mentioned sewage installations also comprising the following works :- (a) Operation of sewage plant and pumping set time to time as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Installation shall be maintained and operated daily including Sunday & Holidays. (c) Adding Bleaching powder/Altoch GP/Aquafit grannular as directed in the treated water through chemical dozing pump installed at sewage treatment plant or as per requirement as directed by Engr-in-charge . (d) Operation of pumps and opening of sluice valves at collection well to supply the raw material to sewage treatment plant time to time as laid down or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (e) Operation of pumps and opening of sluice valves at sewage treatment plant to supply the treated water to the users time to time as laid down or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (f) The contractor shall be responsible to keep the sewage installation neat and clean on every day including 15 mtrs all around the installation and maintain seasonal flower/decorative plants in front of pump house.

Supply & Laying 2.5 sqmm 10 core multy standard copper condutor cable (for Sludge pump) PVC insulated over all sheethed roundof 1100 volts ISI marked complete all as specified and directed . (Make:- Finolex/L&T/Havells)

Taking out Non clog sewage lifting pump set of Cap 5.0 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50Hz, AC supply along with pipe from the sewage collection well after disconnecting electric connection, dismentling of pump and motor, repairing/ replacing defective parts as ordered and re-assembling and testing including replacing worn out nuts, bolts, washers complete and lowering the same after repairing and making electrical and delivery pipe connections complete all as specified and directed for replacement of u/s parts if any as supply only under item Nos 4.01 to 4.05.. ( Note :- Spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid for separately and cost of taking out old & fixing new if any ordered for item No. 4.01 to 4.04 shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.)

Rewinding the stator with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and class of insulation including insulation paper, sleeves, thimbles etc.

( Note :- Spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid for separately and cost of taking out old & fixing new if any ordered for item No. 6.01 to 6.04 shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.)

( Note :- Spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid for separately and cost of taking out old & fixing new if any ordered for item No. 7.01 to 7.04 shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.) :-

Transportation of motor to contractor’s work shop cutting of burnt winding & rewinding the stator with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and class of insulation incl insulation paper, sleeves,thimbles etc.

Dismantling of centrifugal pump set (Sewage treated water pump) after disconnecting from power mains & pipe line of Capacity upto 15 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50Hz, AC supply & re connect to pipe line & power mains after carrying out repairs if any under item No. 8.01 to 8.02 complete all as specified and directed. ( Note :- Spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid for separately and cost of taking out old & fixing new if any ordered for item No. 8.01 to 8.02 shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.) :-

( Note :- Spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid for separately and cost of taking out old & fixing new if any ordered for item No. 9.01 to 9.04 shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.) :-

( Note :- Spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid for separately and cost of taking out old & fixing new if any ordered for item No. 10.01 to 10.02 shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.) :-

MCCB TP 63 Amp, 25 KA, Type DN0, 415 Volts, 50 Hz.

Surface excavation not exceding 30 cm deep in hard and dense soil and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out green vegetation, roots, bushes, etc surrounding of pump house, cutting anxious green growth / vegetation growth for cleaning out the area around OH tank / pump house at ground level by cutting up root, un- wanted plants / trees bushes and removal the same to a distance not exceeding than 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of fully automatic star delta starter (MUG-10) comprising of combo volt and ammeter single phase preventor, over load relay and timer housed in MS sheet power coated enclosure up to 10 HP Capacity complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- L&T Cat part No SS-95974 or equivalent

Supply and fix in repair of fully automatic star delta starter (MUG-20) comprising of combo volt and ammeter single phase preventor, over load relay and timer housed in MS sheet power coated enclosure 10 to 25 HP Capacity complete all as specified and directed. Desludging underground sewage sump at Queens road of internal dia 3.2 meter and depth upto7.5 meter and removing away sludge to a distance not less than 150 meters including burying sludge into pits and covering pits with excavated earth and including cleaning of pump house inside and surrounding all around up to complete fencing of sewage installation by removing of all vegitation, bushes, mud, dirt, dust etc and shift to a distance not exceeding 150 meter including applying two coats of white wash internally after preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Note:- For item No 42 & 43 Sewage well not clean by Mannual ,only cleaning through Machinery stricly follow. (a) Quoted rates shall also include for excavation of pits for burying sludge and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 150 meters. (b) T&P, Manpower, labour & transportation charges etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (c ) The complete sludge to be removed for which adequate man power, T&P, sludge removing vibrator and sludge carrying vehicle including diesel driven non-clog pump set for pumping out the sewage / sludge to be made available with in the overall cost of the quoted rate. (d) The bidder to visit the site along with AGE E/M - II to know about the condition of sewage installation and criticality of the work. (e) Necessary arrangements viz pipeline, pumpset, starter etc. should also be made for pumping out of the daily receiving sewage from the nearby manhole of raw sewage sump to JDA line till the time the cleaning of raw sewage completely carried out for which cost is included in the quoted rate of the item. (f) Depth of thick sludge/Viscons matter for item No. 41and 42 is approximately 2.50 Meter. (g) Any other items / work which involve to carry out the work should also be considered after visiting the site and no extra cost will be paid if anything required.
