Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead. For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and upto 40 mm.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: 1:3:6 or richer mix.

Demolishing RCC work by mechanical means & stockpiling at designated locations & disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 50 meter,

Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge(All kind of soil)

Disposal of Excavated Earth by Mechanical means with lead upto 1km.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level (1:4:8):

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement Mortar(1:4) Coarse sand

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : (1:3)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level (M20).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing imposition and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for;
