Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Compact Sub Station of 11 KV/433 Volts with 315 kVA Cast Resin Transformer, consisting of HT panel, LT panel inside GI sheet steel enclosure with all interconnections, fully type tested as per the IEC-1330 complete in all respect each consisting of following items & as per detailed technical specifications detailed below :-

Outdoor Enclosure Outdoor type enclosure having modular construction of 1.5/2mmGalvanised Sheet Steel. The Enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP23D degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be painted with polyurathene paint ( colour Light Gray & D.A.Gray ). Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for each compartment. Interconnection Between HT switchgear & Transformer using XLPE Single core cable & Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchgear using Busbars. Internal earthing connections. All metallic components shall be earthed to a common earthing point. Dimensions: 2330 X 3230 X 2415 mm (W X L X H) or as per the final decision at Site for components to be included in enclosure.

HT Panel:- 11kV, 630A, 25KA/3 sec HT Switchgear consisting of 1 no. fixed type Vacuum Circuit Breaker module for transformer protection. All the live parts, VCB modules , isolators, earth switches must be sealed within robotically welded 3 mm thick single stainless steel tank filled with SF6 gas as insulation having IP67 degree of protection. Each module of the panel should have hinged arc proof cable doors with self interlocking mechanism to the corresponding earth switch and self motorised charged with DC backup and manually operated, all cable terminations shall be from the front, ringcore CTs for protection purposes with self powered microprocessor based numerical 3 O/C & 1 E/F relay, arrangment for connecting incoming cable & outgoing to primary of transformer. Switchgear shall be complete with all connection, Copper bus-bars, cable supports, manometer, voltage indications, mechanical indications for breaker as per IS:13118, 5227, 5463. IEC:265,129, 298, 694, 529.including battery bank with 12 Volts battery mounted outside of VCB and electrical connections.

DG SET

Supply, installing, commissioning and testing complete of Manufacturer or OEM (Original Eqpt Manufacturer) manufactured and tested static Diesel Engine driven generating set capable of delivering 40 KVA (32 KW),or nearest higher rating 415 volts (AC 3 Phase, 4 wire system of supply), 50 Hz to operate at a powers factor of 0.8. The DG set shall consist of a diesel engine coupled through flexible coupling to a matching alternator and mounted on AVM pads (As per respective Mnufacturer Design ) on a common base frame all as specified complete with control panel standardised by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangement and inlet, outlet, return oil arrangement, flexible exhaust pipe complete and shall comprise of the following: -

(a) ENGINE (PRIME MOVER): Diesel engine 1500 RPM of suitable HP as recommended by manufacturer but not less than 52 BHP (at NTP) water cooled, Turbocharged aircooled, 1 x90 AH 12 volts electric battery start, confirming to BS 5514,BS 649 and IS 10000 complete with fly wheel and all standard fittings/ fixtures as per manufacturing practice including suitable engine control panel with tachometer, lub oil temp & pressure gauges, water temp gauge, and frequency meter (digital type) (including safety shutdown contents) and also including self starter, dynamo, fuel tank etc.

(b) ALTERNATOR : AC alternator, self excited, self regulated, self ventilated, brushless design, conforming to BS 2613 / 5000, 3 phase , 415 volts, 4 wire rated line current 45 amps for output PF 0.8, 1500 RPM, insulation class ‘H’ Temprature Reise H @ 40 Deg C; Enclosure IP 23 confirming to IS-4722 / BS-2613 complete with AVR with + 1 % voltage regulation, directly coupled to and match the above engine.

(c) Anti-vibration pads for mounting engine – alternator assembly on the base frame/ plate.

(d) BASE FRAME:One no. MS Fabricated adequately machine Channel Common Base Frame with lifting facility,pre-drilled foundation holes suitable for permanent installation on concrete foundation for direct grouting or on anti-vibration mountings which will be suitable to receive the offered engine and alternator duly coupled through a flexible coupling. A suitable coupling guard shall also be provided

(e) Silencer: Critical Grade and exhaust gas piping system of suitable dia MS pipe of 'B' class of required legth as per CPCB norms with necessary bends, supports and clamps anti vibration mounting inulated with rockwool 50 mm thick with wire mesh and aluminium clading complete all as specified

(f) Fuel tank of 100 Litres/specified by the manufacturer, made of 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet, duly powder coated and provided with float, gauge and fuel float switch.

AMF Panel:-

Fabricating, Installing, Testing & Commissioning of automatic mains failure control including auto by-pass panel, suitable for 40 KVA silent type DG set complete with relays, timers, set of CTs for metering & protection and energy analyzer to indicate currents, phase and line voltages, frequency, power factor, KWH, KVARH provision for overload, short circuit, restricted earth fault, under frequency, control cabling from AMF panel to diesel engine and elsewhere if required, all complete and inter locking including for following:

Note :- (i) During the period any plant, shrubs, grass etc is found dead, not true to name or size as specified or not in satisfactory growth plat of approved size & shape shall be replaced by the contractor.
