M & L for preparation of new wall to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. and applying 2 to 3mm exterior putty by skilled labour complete by scrapping to obtain the surface become smooth etc and apply one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primerto allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats and over two coat water based premium exterior grade emulsion of weather coat of approved colour to allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed.

All as per item No 30 above but 100mm wide as in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as speciefied and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles joint free 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular ) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm as in floor and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm over and pointed with white cement with colour pigment to match the colour of tile and over 15mm thick rendering in bedding layer or screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) in floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed rectfied jointless light coloured group ceramic tiles, PEI Grade-0 of size 450mm x 350mm x 7mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match, laid over and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 22 mm thick Kota stone slab in riser, steps, skirting etc laid over 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 jointed and pointed in grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab incl rubbing and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete all as specified and directed. Note : Kota stone slab in Stair ( tread & rise ) shall be in single piece to fit

M&L for 20-25mm thick Kota stone slab (machine cut) as in flooring and like over 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 bedding including pointing in grey cement mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab incl rubbing and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete all as specified and directed. Note: Stone slab of size 595mm X 595mm in single piece.

M&L for 18-25 mm thick granite slab any colour shade approved by EIC over 15 mm thickcement screed bed laid on CM 1:6 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment ot match the shade to flooring / Window cills / steps,riser , kitchen platform incl rubbing and polishing incl rounding to edge of marble and incl dismantling complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate includes edge moulding.

M&L for 25mm thick Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) for roof padding, finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of water proofing treatment to accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane, seven layered with centre core 100 micron HMHDPE, outer film 20 micron each, having thickness 3mm weight not less than 3kg/Sqm as per manufacturer’s instructions with torch applicationcomplete all as spd and directed with following course of description below :- (a) 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with WPC will be applied over the roof slab when concrete is green. After the plaster is cured the roof will be tested for water tightness by ponding with water for seven days for any seepage is observed the rectification will be carried out by pressure grouting under the pressure of 5kg/sqcm using cement based cement grout. After the surface is repaireds the slab will be tested for water tightness again before proceeding with further treatment. (b) the surface of roof, parapet and gutters, drain mouths, etc. over which waterproofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as, fungus, moss, dust etc by wire brushing and dusting. For cast iron drain out lets a grove shall be cut around to tuck in the treatment. Concrete angle-fillets shall be provided at junctions between roofs and vertical faces of walls (parapet and other walls) around obstacles such as pipes, chimney stacks, etc. and other similar situation to ease up about corners. (c) Bitumious based primer confiorming to IS: 3384 @ 0.3 kg/SM to be applied on prepared surface, till the surface is property impregnated. d) After the application of approved bituminous primer the water proofing membrane shall be laid on the primed surface by torch application method as per manufacturer's instruction. The overlap while toching shall be 100mm in longitudinal direction and 100 mm in transverse direction. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer and seling it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer. (e) All joints and changes in direction should be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane. (f) A fillet of PCC (1:2:4) of 100x100 mm shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is changes direction. The membrane should not be taken over at any steep turns and hence all corners/ juctions should be rounded (g) Toping will be done with precast machine pressed cement concrete tiles of size 250x250mm, 20-25mm thick, conforming IS:1237 shall be laid over 15mm thick cement mortar screed in 1:4. The joints between the tiles will be 2-3 mm & will be filled with chemical as specified.

M&L for making benching with PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded aggregate with WPC as per manufacturer instruction along side wall adjoining to roof and chajja in concave shape complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Water proofing treatment of any description and in any position of Toilet consist of WC’s and Bathroom etc in one qtr (Approx plan area 3Sqm to 4Sqm ) of sunken portion area above ground floor complete comprising the following: - (a) After demolition of floor & lime concrete etc. remove all loose particles along with existing water proofing treatment (any no. of layers) with wire brushes and cleaning the surfaces with water. (b) Brushing cement slurry with 1.2 kg of cement per square metre duly blended with & including water proofing compound. (c) 25 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 using 12.5mm aggregate mixed with WPC on sunken floor surface finished smooth w/o using extra cement to make slope course (d) 15 mm thick (Average thickness) plaster in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with WP compound on sunken surface including walls. The corner of sunken portion shall be rounded in concave shape and adequate slope shall be made during plastering to accommodate sump pipe and curing the sunken portion with water minimum for 48 Hrs by ponding. (e) Applying first layer of cement slurry @ 0.488Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementation composite compound coating @ 0.253Kg/Sqm of make as approved in technical instruction 5/2003 and be allowed to air cure for 4 Hours and second layer of cement slurry @ 0.242Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementation composite compound coating @ 0.126Kg/Sqm and be allowed to air cure for 4 Hours . Followed with water curing and testing for leak proof by ponding test for 48 Hours (f) M&L for PCC 1:7 :12 for filling of sunken portion after concealing all menmbrane and sealing all joints to the entire with broken bats and light weight in two layers includes 20mm dia weep hole from base slab all as satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for expanded metal, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixed with galvanized steel staples /welding for supplied and fixed complete steel member, weight exc 4 kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as parking sheds grills, door/gate , walk ways, railings; framework of water tanks, cooler stand ,rafters & purlins etc work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-16, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete( Nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in slab landings, chajjas,shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and directed.
