Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers (Asian,cico,durabuild or equivelent Brand as approved by E/I) having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with 7 years Warranty NSI

Dismantling cement concrete or brick or granolithic floors including base concrete and including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by the Engineer In-charge within a distance of 60 metres. (CSI No. 15.05)

Supply and Laying 6 mm thick glazed tiles of size 300x450 mm in skirting / dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry, jointing and polishing complete,including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. completion required for proper completion of the work. Supply and Laying 8 mm thick white glazed floor tiles of Somany, Johnson or equivalent make, of size 300x300 mm, laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry, jointing and polishing complete, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. completion required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying floor of 8 mm thick vitrified tiles in flooring or skirting of approved brand (Bell, Johnson or equi. make) size of 600x600 mm of approved shade, colour and pattern , laid over base cement mortar 1:4 mix including finishing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of the work. (CSI No. 12.18)

Supply and fixing of single leaf flush door shutter (boiled water resistance, phenol maldehide resin bonded, hot pressed factory made) commercial quality to I.S 2202 part – a (1983) ISI marked including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, including their supply of approved anodized aluminum fitting.

Repair to plaster or pointing in patches including removal of old plaster racking out joints to 1 cm.(3/8") depth,watering the area and then replastering or reappointing with the same mortar or proportion of mortar as the existing surface including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work . (CSI No. 20.02)

Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly bila putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.(CSI No.13.21)

Painting one coat with Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint (Paint and water in the ratio 1:1 by volume) over prepared and primed surface of cement concrete, cement plaster and bricks including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, (preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra) . Wiring point for light with 1.5 sq. mm.FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand single core copper conductor cable in PVC conduit pipe on surface, complete with 14 SWG copper earth continuity wire,GP Box ,piano type switch and ceiling rose/angle/ batten holder on 3 mm. thick phenolic laminated backelite sheet etc. complete in all respect, as directed .

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL antitermite treatment (including the cost of chemical emulsion) :Along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion @ 7.5 litres / sqm of the vertical surface of the substructure to a depth of 300mmincluding excavation channel along the wall & rodding etc. complete:With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration .

Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration .

Treatment of existing masonry using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole at 300 mm interval including drilling holes at 45 degree and plugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to the full depth of the hole :With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.
