Removing White and colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preapring the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete .DSR No. 13.88

Providing and laying in situ seven course water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic poly-propylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre per sqm, 2nd, 4th & 6th courses of bonding material @ 1.20 Kg/sqm, which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, 3rd and 5th layers of roofing membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane 1.5 mm thick of 2.25 Kg/sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core as 20 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film. 7th, the top most layer shall be finished with rick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine and) and finished neat (item of laying brick tiles shall be paid for eparately). DSR No.14.86

Dismantling old or scerting racking out points and clearing the surface for plaster including disposal of Unserviceable of rubishto the dumoping ground with in 50 meters Leads.D.S.R.No.15.56

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources . DSR No. 5.3

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform DSR No. 5.9.3

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. DSR No 5.22.6

Providing and fixing M.S Grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc with M.S, flats,squire bars or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to steel windows by welding. DSR 9.48.1

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications.Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture DSR- 13.48.3
