SPL REPAIR TO COMPLETE INTERNAL WIRING OF 02 X UH FLT HANGARS (T-05A AND T-06A), SPL REPAIR OF EXISTING HANGAR LIGHTS OF BLDG NO ST-12 (HANGAR,67113 MAINT FLT) AND SPL REPAIR TO 01 X 250 KVA GENR SET INSTALLED AT DINJAN MIL STN UNDER GE DINJAN

M&L for Top Overhauling of engine of DG set, capacity 250 KVA, 1500 RPM water cooled/air cooled type, 2/3/4/6 cylinder inline engine including of head repairing with valve seat, valve guide fitting, connecting rod balancing, connecting rod bushing fitting, crank shaft grainding, block testing & main bearing fitting of make : Kirloskar Bliss complete all as specified and directed consisting of the following works :- (a) Dismantling engine parts in presence of MES representative and display all the parts/components of engine for inspection of Engineer-in-charge to asertain the serviceability of existing parts. (b) Detecting leakage of lubricating oil and water of the engine and rectification of fault by replacing worn out parts. (c) Replacement of gasket, repair the head assembly by adjusting valves & replacement of worn out components after dismantling. (d) Taking out old unserviceable/ leakage radiator from the engine and making servicable and refixing as per existing complete. (e) De-carbonising and degreasing of all the parts such as piston assembly, heads, crank case, crank shaft, oil pump etc and checking of all rotary and static parts (existing) for smooth functioning. (f) Assembling of engine complete with old serviceable parts and replacement of unserviceable parts by new parts as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (g) Replacement of water pump assembly with water pump repair Kit including bearing, Con rod, Piston pins, piston rings , cam shaft bush . (h) Testing of DG set after repair as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Spare Parts required to be replaced during overhauling/repair of engine shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items as 'Supply only'. (ii) Any machine work to the existing parts which is felt essential for smooth functioning of DG set shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item. (iii) Any minor parts such as screw, washer, split ring, circlips etc shall be supplied by the Contractor and rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (iv) Fuel and lub oil for testing of DG set after repair and also when necessary shall be supplied by the department under Sch 'B' as 'Free for filling'.

Labour only head repairing with valve seat & valve guide including replacement of all the gaskets, nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed

Labour only Repair/Maintenance of connecting Rod balacing & connecting rod bushing including replacement of all the gaskets, nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed

Labour only Repair/Maintenance of crank shaft grainding, block testing and main bearing fitting including replacement of all the gaskets, nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Servicing of radiator by cleaning internally and externally by soda water and compresed air, making leak proof by soldering and brazing including replacement of all the gaskets, damaged copper tubes of suitable size, nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for servicing of turbo charger and calibrating complete including replacement of turbo charger repair kit with new one (as a existing make) of capacity 250 KVA complete all as sprecified and as directed.

Supply only fuel pump & injector nozzle recalibration complete of capacity 250 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply Only Cyl Liner complete all as specified and directed

Supply Only Piston complete all as specified and directed

Supply Only Piston Pin complete all as specified and directed
