Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size , quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/ spring clips, nut bolts & fillets at height upto 15 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of AC sheet roof corrugated/semi corrugated of any description including ridges/gutters etc at height upto 15 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for .

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulders masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar incl all quions, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class B bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F structural steel work for rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hips and jack rafters, purlins, running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angles and angle cleats or other connecting plates gde Fe-410-Wat any height complete all as spd and directed.

S&F in repairs 1.25 mm thick laths in any type of rolling shutter and in any length complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only safety lever locks mild steel with 4 lever for rolling shutters.

Supply only rollers and ball bearing of approved make.

Supply only mild steel helical wire spring 45cm long , 75 mm dia and weighting of each spring not less than 3.00 kg complete all as specified and directed

Supply only steel gear Box of full set required size and approved make.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces any description over 10 cms width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified.

Sch of Credit- Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of Sch of Credit amount Credit amount - Rs. 3,13,730.00
