M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase of flooring all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WCs, bathrooms, roof etc by applying two coat of slurry of cement @ 0.488kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253kg/sqm this layer allowed to air cure for 4 hrs then applying slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @0.126kg/sqm and allowed to aircure for 4 hrs and joints seal with sealing compound as approved by GE. (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid sepratly )

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Checking of plumbing work ,joinery (wooden/steel) iron/aluminium mongery, pelmet box, door springs etc requiring carpentry/plumbing work and carrying out minor repairs such as tightening of screws/nails, minor adjustment of joinery, door /windows, water taps, stop cocks, water tank, water supply pipe line etc. by means of planer/chisling etc. including petty repairs material like screws/nails, plug etc. to make it functional, complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Any items required to be replaced shall be paid under respective items and in that case this items shall not be measured and paid. 2. The contractor or his authorised rep shall collect the complaint of all carpenter work from complaint cell /Engr-in-charge daily and all complaint will be rectified by the contractor with in same day than the returned the complaint slip after completion of complaint and get recipt from concered JE/Enge-in-charge .If he fails to complete the work with in same day then recovery will be made @50.00 per day .

Dismantling water tanks of exceeding 250 & not exceeding 500 ltrs and removing to store, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium composite panel (ACP) of 4mm thick sheet power coated glossy finish/ natural wood finish of approved colour, pattern & design & as required shape like rectangular, trapezoidal or tapered curved shape (colour, shade, texture as per sample kept in GE office) with aluminium beading and EPDM rubber complete all as specified and directed.
