Surface excavation n. exc. 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out as in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and 1.5m in depth for foundation or for drains, manholes, etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and n. exc.1.5m in depth and getting out as in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore or gauge not exceeding 63mm of broken stone, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface as in footpath, passages, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan, exc. 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar (1:4) with WPC and finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 10 here-in-before but of reinforced cement concrete

M&L for Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in cement mortar (1:4) for drain cover complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggegate) as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations rough finished surfaces concrete flat surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 16 here-in-before but add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggegate) as in road side pavings, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3 with one collar per length of size 600mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggegate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in pipe of bore 600mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggegate) as in foundations complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggegate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggegate) as in path, steps, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound of Grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, paving and steps, etc. with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in sides of paver block, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : The contract sum shall be derieved by deducting the amount shown in Schedule of Credit attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
