1 - Maintenance of Street Light Dagla ka Kheda toNarpat ki Khedi Puliya Zone 4 in UIT Chittorgarh

SITC of wall/ free standing floor mounted dust and vermin proof compartmentalised cubical panel as per PWD specification for electrical Works, made out of CRCA sheet . Other parameters required as per point (a) ,(b), (c),(d) below:-

(a)Thickness of sheet shall not be less than 1.6 mm up to 600 mm length / width of any compartment and be of 2.0 mm above 600 mm. Load bearing structure shall be of 2.0 mm thick sheet supported by base M.S. channel if required . Side walls and cable alley compartments having bolted type doors with / without detachable extension type structure

(b)panel shall be duly treated for derusting in 7 tank process with dephosphating and with powder coating of minimum 70 microns on both side of panel in desired shade The panel having PU/ Neoprene rubber gasket of not less than 3mm thickness ,required hardware, separate detachable gland plate M.S. base channel (min75mm) , hinged door with locking arrangement for equipment/switchgear

[c) Interconnection between bus bar and switchgears /cable shall be rigidly supported and made out by flexible copper wires (up to 125 amp ) and by solid bus bar (>125 amp ) . All joints / interconnections of copper bus bar shall be dully tinned . Clearance between main bus bar and risers / metal parts shall be at least 10 mm additional to width of bus bar Bus bar is insulated by Heat Shrinkable sleeves . Earth and Neutral bus bar shall be half of the size of phase bus bar.

(d) only outer area on all sides shall be measured & panel to be fabricated only from CPRI approved fabricator. All as per drawing pre approved by Engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure "A" attached with this BSR .

Providing & Fixing of AC operated heavy duty 230 /440 Volt power contactor as per PWD specification for electrical Works, ISI marked IS/IEC 60947-4-1 : 2000 having provision of mechanical interlocking, auxilary contacts, Din rail mounting type including making connections, testing etc. as required. 4 pole Power contactors with following AC 1 Rating

Providing & Fixing of mechanical / digital time switch having following day / week programme and minimum 100 hours reserve and AC1 rating of 16-20 amperes including making connection, programming conforming to IEC 60730-1 and 60730-2-7 etc. as required. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure "A" attached with this BSR .

One day & week reserve (mechanical type )

SITC of IP 40 quick make and quick break 4 pole current limiting Moulded case circuit breaker (MCCB) made of flame retardent & heat resistant material having following current rating, short circuit breaking capacity at 440/415 V, 50 Hz; O/L & S/C settings as per PWD specification for electrical Works, conforming to IS/IEC 60947 P -2 :2003 with front face and centralised adjustable, trip free mechanisum, true contact position indicator, line load interchangeability, designed for both horizontal & vertical mounting without any adverse effect on electrical performance, suitable for operation upto 55 degree and without derating upto 40 degree, pollution degree 3, having positive isolation capability, push (test) to trip, trip time less then 10 ms under s/c condition, Breaking capacity Ics = 100% Icu. U imp =8 KV, rated insulation voltage 800 V, provision for UVR , shunt trip , earth fault trip, door interlock, pad lock & rotary handle , including making connections with lugs & spreaders, etc. as required. OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab type test certificate before execution. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Supplying and Laying ISI marked P.V.C. insulated submersible cable as per PWD specification for electrical Works confirming to IS:694 and as per IS 8130 : 2013 of 1.1 kV grade .Wire should be made from 99.99% purity copper, class 5 stranding in acc. to IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free ( <10 ppm) for less chances of oxidization and higher silver content for gives better conductivity , insulation PVC type A ,flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per VDE 0298 part 4 including making connection etc. as required. OEM Must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for wires. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge, making connections. 2.5 Sq.mm 3 core flat / Round

Providing & Fixing of 240/415 V AC MCB with positive isolation of breaking capacity not less than 10 KA (B/ C tripping characteristic as per type of load and site requirement) 4KV impulse withstand voltage, as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked IS 8828(1996) / conforming to IEC 60898-1 2002, IEC 60947-2, low watt losses, trip free mechanisum , energy limiting of class 3 as per IEC, minimum phase termination capacity of 35sq.mm. , conductorline load reversibility, label holding facility , IP 20 contact protection and fitted with existing distribution board/sheets, min. operation 20,000 upto 32 A rating and 10,000 upto 63 A, 5000 for 80 A rating including making connections, testing etc. as required. . OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab test reports before execution & All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Providing & Laying P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed Un-armoured / Armoured aluminium cable of 1.1 KV grade as per PWD specification for electrical Works in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe/ open duct/cable trench with filling of excavated earth in trench , on existing cable trays or on surface etc. including making necessary connection, testing etc. as required of size and as per points (a), (b), (c), mentioned below:-

(a) Material :- H4- Grade aluminium conductor of purity >99.6 % & as per IS:1554 P-I / IS :7098 P - I

(b) conductor shall have electrolytic aluminium confirming to IS 8130, IS 3975-1999 for armouring of cables in armoured cable items , IS 5831 for sheath, IS 10810 (Part 0 to 64 ) for testing procedures .

(c) OEM Must have ISO 9001 & 14001 certifications for quality assuarance & its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for cables . Appropriate type test certificate / OEM test report shall be submitted . All above as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Armoured Cable

Providing & Fixing of IK07 IP 66 protected LED Street Light Luminaire on existing bracket/pole. Fixture made of powder coated single piece pressure die cast aluminum LM6/ ADC12 material with heat dissipation fins on housing with UV stabilized PC/Toughened Glass cover (UV stablzation report submitted for UV cover ) and secondary lens on each LED & should be SMD type . The System level Luminaire efficacy >=120 lm/ wt with High Power LEDs is to be used and potted driver must be potted & has a unique BIS R number with Input Voltage AC 120 to 270 V AC with High voltage Cutoff @>=300 V AC and Auto resetting Safety ,Input Frequency 50Hz±3% Power Factor >0.95 driver Efficiency >85% ,THD(I) <10% Humidity 10% to 90% RH Working Temp -5C to 45C . driver current <1000mA shown in LM79 report. The luminaire shall be BIS certified and T.C. certified. Life Expectancy Equal or more than 50000 burning hrs with Minimum 70% lumen maintened ,color Rendering Index >70 and CCT 5700K +355K. Surge protection shall be min ≥ 4 KV internal and min 10 KV external. driver should be Phase to phase protection of 440 V for 4 Hrs. Manufactures Word Mark/Name Engraved/Embossing on die cast housing to allow traceability/authenticity. Fixture shall be AS PER IS 10322 Complianced.

OEM Must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for LED fixtures. (LM79/LM80) Certificate/ report with liable warranty of product/accessories from OEM shall be submitted. LED Street Light fixture 90 Watt

P / L of Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe confirming to IS : 16205 P-24, Stiffness Class 750 N, Externally corrugated and having smooth surface inside with HDPE Coupler, Elbow, Tee at required Depth below the ground for laying cable of following Nominal Outer dia. MFR Test report from NABL accrediated is to be submitted.(Excavation of Earth & Back filling with compaction is to be Paid Extra)All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.
