Repair of fan, rewinding of 7.5 HP Submersible motor and connected works at Jorhat Mil Station.

DismantIing and taking down ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep, taking out all burnt/damaged windings insulating materials and cleaning internally as well as externally, rewinding the fan motor with super enamelled copper wire as per existing size/specification replacement of complete insulating materials, varnishing, dryin up cleaning & greasing of bearing/buses using new gease, reassembling and testing complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repair fully-automatic star delta starter suitable for 7.5 Hp motor,3 phase, 415 Volts,Make : L&T

Taking down the defective 3Ph,415 V submersible motor of 7.5 HP capacity by disconnecting existing electrical connections and dismantling the motor from pump set bed by de-coupling with pump, transferring to workshop, taking out burnt out windings and startor and rewinding with same size of super enamelle copper wire with necessary insulating material, varnishing becking, replacing bearings and reassembling the motor completely and transferring back to site and realignment with pump including electrical connections, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Burnt out removed winding wire shall be property of the contractor and credited through Sch of Credit.

Supply and fixing of Membrane 40 inc/40 inc for 250 LPH capacity RO Plant including connected PVC pipe complete all as specified and directed. Make : Dow filmtec/aqua fresh/pentair/H-tech/CSM or equivalent.

Supply and fix of P P woolen Candle 20" x 4" complete all as specified and directed.
