REPAIR TO WATER SUPPLY LINES AND FITTINGS, OHT AND CONNECTED WORKS AT AIR FORCE STATION HIGHGROUND UNDER AGE (I) HIGHGROUND

Taking out defective submersible pump & motor set 7 to 10 stage, 700-900 LPM at 112mtr head of any dia upto 100mm from bore well with the help of chain pulley after disconnecting electrical connections from motor starter, disconnecting the column pipe from supply pipe line, opening each column pipe by unscrewing nut bolt, rubber packing of each column pipe, submersible cable and keeping a-side for reuse the number of column pipe to be . alongwith submersible cable, for repair / replacement of parts to make it fully functional, reassembling the same after repair, lowering/installation to its original position, electric connection of input/ output electric supply, connecting the column pipe to supply pipe line testing to its full load capacity at least for 4 hours and all other relevant tests including any minor repair, replacement of rubber gasket for column pipe etc. transportation to workshop and vice-versa, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of submersible motor 38/50 HP 415 volts 50 Hz 3 phase AC electric supply, taking out the burnt winding of stator, removal of burnt insulation material from the slots, cleaning the stator slots and preparation for rewinding the same with and including material and labour for winding the stator of motor with PVC insulated copper winding wire of standard size and superior quality as per the existing gauge and F class insulation materials, turning, balancing & alignment of rotor etc. to get the proper RPM and torque & tested to its full load capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2.00 here-in-before but electric motor of capacity 15/20HP complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Opening of pump set 7 to 10 stage, 700-900LPM at 112mtr head for repair and replacement of unserviceable parts, reassembling the same after repair, machining work of impeller housing, remetaling of pump shaft, grinding, scraping, cleaning and balancing the same to make it fully functional at the full load capacity including turning, balancing & alignment of shaft etc. reassembling of complete Pump & Motor set and testing on completion for the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed Note for item no 1 to 4:- Spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only' from item no 5 to 14.

Taking out old u/s column pipe and supply and lowering MS column pipe confirming to relevant IS heavy duty 3 mtr depth of size 80 mm bore with both end flanged/drilled and connecting with rubber gasket, nuts bolts and washer complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 1. All T&P required for taking out/lowering of pipe shall be managed by contractor at his own arrangements. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Taking out self priming non clog submersible motor/pump set after removal of electrical connections, disconnecting suction/ delivery pipeline connection, from sewage well upto 6m depth and transportation to workshop for repair & vice versa. Refixing after carrying out repair /rewinding of submersible pump set electrically driven by 3 phase 415volts capacity 5/7.5HP complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Repair/spare parts shall be measured & paid for separately under supply only from item 19 to 22 here-in-after.

Material and Labour for Rewinding of non clog motor 5/7.5 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Repairing to rotor shaft,welding,turning for proper bearing size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only bush of existing size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only ball bearing of existing size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Carb seal set complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only packing sheet, "O" ring, water seal etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out monoblock centrifugal pump set after removal of electrical connections, disconnecting suction/ delivery pipeline connection, from sewage well of any depth and transportation to workshop for repair & vice versa. Refixing after carrying out repair /rewinding of submersible pump set electrically driven by 3 phase 415volts capacity 2/3HP complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Repair/spare parts shall be measured & paid for separately under supply only from item 26 to 29 here-in-after.

Material and Labour for Collection of the water sample from the borewell (duly sealed by the Engineer-in-charge), carrying to the PHE UT Chandigarh/Govt lab for testing, depositing it and collecting the test reports from the lab & depositing with the department complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for laying of GI/CI/DI pipes and foundation of poles etc. and getting out complete all as spceified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil) including spreading leveling and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying steel tubing (galvanised) medium grade 15mm bore with all fittings laid in trenches/fixed along with walls or laid under floors including taking down of old or u/s pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying ductile iron pipe spigot and socket (S/S)class "K-7" of 100 mm bore confirming to IS- 9523-2000 with all fitting laid in trenches, jointed (welded) tested and commissioned as per relevant IS with and including taking down/out old/exiting pipes complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation & earthwork, joints and CI fitting shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking out old sluice valves refacing, regrinding, painting and refixing and repacking stuffing box of sluice valve spindle including taking apart and reassembling of size 80mm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item 48 here-in-before but sluice valve of size 100mm.

All as per item 48 here-in-before but sluice valve of size 150mm.

All as per item 48 here-in-before but sluice valve of size 250mm.

Supply and Fix in repair cast iron sluice valve for 80mm dia bore of pipe, with flanged and drilled ends, any pattern, heavy duty, class PN 1.6, ISI marked & of apporved/specified make with Cast iron wheel, including joints and jointing materials ie rubber washers/gaskets, bolts and nuts, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for locating the leakage in existing CI Pipe and taking up cast iron water mains (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead and M&L for run lead joint for 80mm dia bore of CI pipe and fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item 56 here-in-before but 100mm dia.

Material and Labour for locating the leakage in existing GI water mains size 80mm bore (including all fittings) and rectifying the leakage with and including nesessary excavation & earth work in any type soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item no 61 to 64: Any GI fittings/specials, joint & jointing material etc required for the rectification of leakage shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Supply and Fix in repair fully automatic Star-Delta Starter 3 phase suitable for Submersible motor 38/50 hp 415 volts 50 HZ AC including over load relay, range and power contactor, single phase preventer with volt meter and ammeter and MCB TP etc complete all accessories pre-wired/connected with suitable size copper conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only DOL starter in sheet steel enclosure suitable for non clog upto 7.5 HP submersible motor 415 volt 50 Hz complete including Power contactor, over load relay range 9 to 13 Amp, single phase preventer, pre-wired complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 67 here-in-before but DOL suitable for 2-3 hp.

Supply and fixing/laying in repair cable submersible PVC insulated water proof with copper conductor cable 3x16sqmm, 1100 volt grade confirming to IS complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for 20mm dia bore of iron pipe fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 70 here-in-before but for 25mm bore of pipe.

Supply and fixing in replacement of cast iron Non return valve of size 150 mm bore, as per IS:5312 (ISI marked), swing check type with required flanges, nuts, bolts and gaskets etc. including taking out old non return valve complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chlorine testing kit of approved make for analysing of water complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & installation in repair Liquid chlorine/hypochlorite chemical dosing system 3 phase with suction/discharge & other accessories, capacity 8 litres per hour and injection pressure 0.9 Kg/Sqcm pump set suitable for injecting the dose of hypo-chloride solution to get the result of chlorine contents, including multi core insulated copper conductor cable of required size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in repair single phase preventor suitable for 3-phase 415 volt electric motor of existing capacity having following safety parameter complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Single Phasing (b) Phase reverse protection (c) Over & under voltage protection.

Supply and Fix in repair Air release valve 150mm dia bore of pipe with Cast iron wheel, heavy duty, class PN 1.6, flanged and drilled ends, suitable pattern including joints and jointing materials ie rubber washers/gaskets, bolts and nuts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 84 here-in-before but 100mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for development of tube well bore by compressor of minimum capacity of 500 Cft/Per minute and 150-200 PSIG or appropriate capacity as required on ground till the clear water is obtained complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for fixing in replacement of digital display percentage water level Indiactors for overhead tank with 12 stage indicator and sensors & feature of Alarm on low & high levels. the system to have alarm by-pass & different alarm annunciate to differentiate high & low levels including all necessary fittings complete all as specified & directed.

Material and Labour in repair of brick masonary valve pit complete including removing unnecessary soil / sludge and old PCC of interior walls and rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 as on brick wall finished the surface even and smooth w/o using extra including taking down cement plaster and removal or disposal of debris complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of plastered/unplastered external surface of the reservoir and staging with wire brushes etc, applying two coats of cement base paint with and including preparation of old painted steel surfaces and applying a coat of black synthetic enamel paint to the all CI pipe line and other MS work etc connected with the RCC OH reservoir and staging complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in repair rotational moulded polythelene water storage tank 500 ltr capacity double layered cyliderical vertical with closed top ISI marked hoisted and fixed in position as specified in SSR part-I complete including tank nipples of 20/25 mm dia bore for making inlet and outlet connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Opening of underground sludge sump of size 5.00x 3.00 x 10.00 metre depth of capacity 480 KLD, removal of settled sludge, cleaning the sewage from walls/ ceiling etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with and including removal of sludge out side the MOD land to a designated place earmaked by the local administration complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Opening of underground grit chamber of size 1.00 x 18.00 x 0.50 metre depth, removal of settled sludge, cleaning the sewage from walls/ceiling etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with and including removal of sludge out side the MOD land to a designated place earmaked by the local administration complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Opening of underground secondary clarifier ditch 8.00 m dia x 5.00 m depth, removal of settled sludge, cleaning the sewage from walls/ceiling etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with and including removal of sludge out side the MOD land to a designated place earmaked by the local administration complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Opening of underground oxidation ditch 36mx6mx2.5mtr depth, removal of settled sludge, cleaning the Sewage from walls/ ceiling etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with and including removal of sludge out side the MOD land to a designated place earmaked by the local administration complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Opening of underground return sludge tank of size 1.50 m dia x 5.00 m depth, removal of settled sludge, cleaning the sewage from walls/ ceiling etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with and including removal of sludge out side the MOD land to a designated place earmaked by the local administration complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Removal of sludge from dry bed of size 10x5x1.50mtr depth, (settled sludge) cleaning the sewage from walls/ ceiling etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with and including removal of sludge out side the MOD land to a designated place earmaked by the local administration complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Opening of underground sump of size 5.00 m dia x 12.00 m depth, at sewage booster installation, removal of settled sludge, cleaning the sewage from walls/ ceiling etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with and including removal of sludge out side the MOD land to a designated place earmaked by the local administration complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for taking down carefully electrically operated clarifier mechanism with accessories from ditch 8m dia and 5 mtr depth, repair/replacement of damaged periphery MS strip (rail) of size 150mm wide 6mm thick and 34 mtr length and re assemble the complete accessories of the mechanism such as aerator cylindrical rotor of capacity 480 KLD x 300 RPM, etc including turning balancing and alignment of mechanism to make fully functionable by replacement of unserviceable carbon brushes of motor bearing of clarifier including assembling etc, making good the damaged surfaces in CM (1:4) cement plaster 15mm thick completed all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in repair On-load type change over switch I-O-II type 100 Amp, 4 pole, 415 volt complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in repair Heavy duty flexible suction PVC Hose/Pipe 50 mm dia bore (Green) leak proof of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe in repair of 1100V grade, heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated copper conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed of size 10 sqmm 4 core nominal cross section complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 103 here-in-before but 16sqmm 4 core.

Note: The total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs 77224.50 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit
