Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

P/F Ornamental designer gate of required size, the designer gate provided with all necessary fixing arrangements and complete gate finished with best quality Synthetic Enamel paint of approved colour after scrapping & primer. (Gate completed with C.I. Strings and M.S. frame).

P/F of LED base display letters/signage of required size. The letters/signage made out 3mm thick milky white “A” grade acrylic sheet in appropriate design & shape as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. The acrylic letters/signage partially covered with best quality LED’s, starter, wiring & other necessary electric fittings which providing one year warranty after installation. The required letters/signage to be fixed on ACP sheet frame with help of Steel Screw/Bolts/Allen key etc.

P/F of ACP Frame of required size & shape. The ACP sheet to be used of reputed brand in dark shade & minimum 3.0 mm thickness, jointed with M.S. Angle from back support frame of size 35X35X5mm, the back support frame duly painted with synthetic enamel paint of best quality & color. As per the requirement of site including all the necessary fixing arrangement like Nut Bolt/ Welding etc.
