Construction of Deep Tubewell including Electrification work for Fish Pond of B Voc Course of Department of Zoology

Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, bysuitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collectingsamples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools,plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per directionof Engineer-in-charge, upto 90 metre depth below ground level. All types of soil 300 mm dia.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of required dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer -in charge.200 mm nominal size dia metre.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in borewell unplasticized PVC medium well screen (RMS) pipes with ribs,conforming to IS: 12818, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.200 mm nominal size dia metre.

Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/ medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe, removable as per requirement, all complete for borewell of: 200 mm dia.

Providing and fixing M.S. clamp of required dia to the top of casing/ousing pipe of tubewell as per IS: 2800 (part I), including necessary bolts & nuts of required size complete 100 mm clamp each.

Providing and fixing Bail plug/ Bottom plug of required dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tubewell as per IS:2800 (part I). 200 mm dia each.

Providing and fixing and lowering to proper levels 80 mm G.I. pipe for tube well.

Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by “V” notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, i/c disinfection of tubewell, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc.,all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Assembeling of 10 HP x 3-phase Submersible Pump of KSB/Crompton/Kriloskar or equivelent.

Providing and fixing of 3 core 4 sq. mm (each core) of copper conducter flat Submersible cable (ISI/ Branded).

Providing and fixing of 10 sq. mm dia supporting wire. (ISI/ Branded).

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. External work. 80 mm dia nominal bore.

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) :Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end).80 mm nominal bore.

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete : 50 to 80 mm nominal bore.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Supply & Fixing 10 Hp Pump Starter inside the above Panel- 1 Nos. (Make – L&T - MU G 10 or15 / Equivalent) Note: a) Outgoing no. 1 shall be connected to ready to use in house 10 HP starter panel of above make associated with the pump. b) Outgoing No. 2 shall be connected to another 10 HP starter for future expansion. (Spare space for one more 10 HP Starter shall be left in above feeder LT panel for Outgoing No. 2) c) Outgoing No. 3 shall be left for mechanized aerator for pond in near future.

Supply and laying of aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm. thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top. On surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc. 35 sq. mm 3-1/2 core

Supply and fixing of brass nickle plated compression gland for PVC insulated & armoured served sheathed, underground cable including rubber ring etc. complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth as per direction of Engineer-Incharge. 35 sq. mm 3-1/2 core

Supply and fixing of plain or pin type copper tin plated cable socket ( lug ) to the cable leads, insulating with tape and making connection etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-Incharge. 16 sq. mm

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
