Material and labour for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250mmx7mm/450X350X7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair for receiving tiles including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling , cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 10mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 for laying granite floor complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar in 1:4 for receiving cement concrete tiles and including 75mm thick plain cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone agg) complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class `B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying one coat primer and two coats of distemper oil emulsion and 3mm thick wall putty including taking down cement plaster any description including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls over a coat of primer including taking down cement plaster any description including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for pressed steel frames for doors of size 105 x 60 mm, with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc. complete , including one shop coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for providing cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for filling in the pressed steel door frame/hold fast complete all as specified and directed.
