REPAIRS TO FOOTPATH, HARDSTANDING, CHEQURED TILE AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT MARRIED AREAS AT NSB AND INS SHIVAJI, LONAVLA

Demolition of Concrete (unreinforcement concrete) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, and removal of demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for 100 mm thk Cement concrete type B- 2,1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in path/ hardstanding area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Pavement quality concrete(PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width, including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10 1 14 and Tabl~ 9 of IRC' 15-2017 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm agg. ) as in plinth protection including joints as per specification complete all as specified and directed.

M & L or Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep X10 mm wide primed & filled with sealing compound grade "A".

M & L for Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ of concrete slabe 150 mm thick.

M & L for glossy finish chequered tiles of size 300 x 300 x 22-25 mm thick (colour and glazed approved by EIC) with cement and pigments laid over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 bedded and jointed in neat cement slurry, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Durastone designer parking tiles (square/rectangular ) area of each tile exc 0.09 Sqm but not exc 0.72 Sqm as in floor of shade & designed as approved by EIC,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with colour pigment to match the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete type B 0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and simillar work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
