Round the clock operation and comprehensive maintenance of CAC plant for UCBs & MCB of 5x200 MW, BTPS, Obra as per scope of work.
Overhauling of Chiller Pump.
Overhauling of Condenser Pump.
Overhauling of Air Handling unit.
Running maintenance of window A/C, Split A/C and water coolers installed in MCB, ATPS and various places at ATPS, Obra.
Testing / replacement of burnt compressor unit by new compressor including gas filling etc. to make the A/C healthy for smooth operation.
Work of replacement of damaged / burnt spinner motor by new one.
Work of replacement of damaged / burnt fan motor by new one.
Work of replacement of damaged PCB control by new one.
Refilling of gas for A/C
Round the clock operation & General maintenance of A/C package unit (Voltas Make 17 TR Capacity) 01 installed in MCB, ATPS, Obra. NOTE:-One Job consists of round the clock operation & general maintenance work for one month.
