Circuit wiring

Circuit wiring with 2 × 2.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated PVC sheathed Aluminum conductor cable in PVC pipe, PVC casing and capping including PVC bends etc as required. This job also includes removing the old, damaged wiring, batten etc. as required and returning those to the site store. All the materials required are to be supplied by the contactor.

Wiring for light, fan and telephone point with 2 × 1.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated PVC sheathed Aluminum conductor cable in PVC pipe, PVC casing and capping including PVC bends etc as required. This job also includes removing the old, damaged wiring, batten etc. as required and returning those to the site store.All the materials required are to be supplied by the contactor.

Supply and drawing of 4 mm2 Al-conductor bare Wire for loop earthing in the existing surface/recess/conduit/casing and capping/wood batten etc. along with other wires as required

Supplying and replacing of bakelite board with thickness 2.5 to 3.5 mm coated with white sun mica of the following sizes:

Fixing of the following, making connections etc. as required including supply of the required materials of Make: – Anchor / Ellora and returning the removed old items to the site store as required

a) Batten / Pendant Holder

b) Piano / Tumbler type switch of 5 Amps capacity,

c) Piano / Tumbler type switch of 15 Amps capacity

d) 3 pin switch socket combined 5 Amps capacity

e) 3 pin switch socket combined 15 Amps capacity

f) 3 pin switch 15 Amps Plug top

g) 3 pin switch 5 Amps Plug Top

Fixing of Single Phase MCB in accordence with IS 8828 : 1996 suitable at 230V, 50Hz, 10KA for rating upto 63 Amps [All required materials shall be supplied by M/s BVFCL, free of cost]

Replacement, checking and commissioning of ceiling fan after replacement of regulators, capacitors, bushings as required. [All required materials shall be supplied by M/s BVFCL, free of cost].

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 8 way single phase MCB Distribution board (phosphated powder painted, sheet steel body fitted with bus bars, neutral link, earth bar and DIN rail conforming to IS 13032 & 8632, make havells, hager, ABB) including supply and fixing of 6 Nos. 6-63 Amps of single Phase AC, MCB 240/415 Volts, 50 Hz 10 KA breaking capacity in the MCB Distribution board as outgoings.[ All the required materials are to be supplied by the contractor]

Laying of PVC insulated armoured aluminium conductor 1.1 KV grade of power cable of size not exceeding 35 mm2 along wall structure etc. including shifting and connection & testing etc. as required [Cable shall be supplied by BVFCL free of cost]

Replacing defective LED Tubelights (Materials will be supplied by BVFCL free of cost]

Replacing defective HPMV Lamps of 125W, 160W, 250 W, 400 W etc. at different locations like Mechanical Workshop, Electrical Workshop, Fire station, Jackwell etc. [ Lamps will be supplied by BVFCL free of cost]

Installation, testing & commissioning of single phase & neutral sheet steel enclosure (power socket board) fitted with single pole “G” series MCB suitable for inductive load conforming to IS-8828(IEC-898) 240/450 volt, 50 HZ, MCB rating 6-32Amps, 10 KA breaking capacity, neutral link and 2 pole & earth (2P-E).[All required materials shall be supplied by M/s BVFCL, free of cost]

Maintenance of TPN switches, MCB Distribution board / junction boxes etc. for smooth functioning in different offices, providing connector screw, bolt etc. as required

Supply, fixing, testing of 240 Volt, 50 Hz, Call bell of reputed make like anchor / ellora along with call bell switch and switch board as required. (All the items required would be supplied the party)

Replacement, checking and commissioning of exhaust fan after replacement of capacitors, bushings as required.[All materials required shall be supplied by M/s BVFCL free of cost]

Repairing and maintenance of switchboard (it will include connection/disconnnection, tightness checking, repairing/replacement of switch, socket, fan regulator etc if required) The materials required will be supplied by BVFCL free of cost.
