Construction of Rain Water Harvesting structure at Municipal schools Office Buildings Anganwadi in Tindivanam Municipality

Earthwork excavation for foundation in all clauses of soils and subsoils to required depth except in hardrock requiring blastering inclusive of sorting, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers not exceeding 15cm. thick well watered and consolidation and depositing the surplus earth to the compound as directed by dept. officers etc. complete as per standard specification.

Drilling of borewells of size 6” to 8” dia. in sedimentary formation using hand boreset including insertion of casing pipe etc., and supplying and packing of pebbles (Conveyance of hand bore set including loading and unloading to be done by the contractor)

Supply and delivery of 150 mm dia RS PVC CASING PIPE AS PER IS 12818 / 2010 including all cost of materials, labours,conveyance at site etc., complete as directed by departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed, watered and consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken jelly for flooring including laying,nsolidating, finishing, rendering the top surface rough to receive the floor, curing, etc. complete multiplying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers

Brick partition walls of 11.50cm thickness using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9” x 4 3/8” x 2 3/4” with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three CS Sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Hoop iron reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately)

Supplying and filling of Broken Brick jelly using country bricks etc., complete complying with

Supplying and filling of 40mm Machine Crushed Stone Jelly from approved quarry for Rain water Harvesting pit complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling of 20mm Machine Crushed Stone Jelly from approved quarry for Rain water Harvesting pit complete complying with standard specification.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of following thickness in RCC M20 concrete using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.(75mm thick slab)
