Repair and Renovation of Existing GCI Covershed-cum-Auction Hall at Banki Main Market Yard under R.M.C. Banki

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceilling with Aluminium anodised T section No.3215 with 2'-0" center to center, L section No. 1705 up to15 micron on 4walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C plug and Aluminium grid 2'-0"x2'-0" with prelaminted board suspended from celling including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalities and taxes of all materials cost of all labour sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the engineer in charge

Supplying, fitting and fixing of vitrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm, 16 mm.to 25 mm thick of approved make with application of polymere modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10 mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost of all materials,takes labour T &P etc required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Fly Ash brick masonry work in Foundation & Plinth with fly ash bricks 25cm x 12 cm x 8 cm tolerance of ± 2% size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 with cement mortar 1 cement: 6 sands with all necessary projection, splay cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, etc., including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading ,and unloadining, taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants, etc., as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12 mm. thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with cement and screened & washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of the brick masonry wall after racking out joints (along with providing grooves wherever necessary) including watering and curing rounding of corner etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost all labour, T & P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Manufacturing supplying and labour charges for fitting and fixing in position of M.S. grills as per approved design with one coat of anti-corrosive painting & making good to the damages of walls or R.C.C. or other structurals complete including mending or cutting sizes or grooves with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work, taxes and royalties etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with approved synthetic enamel paints of Asian / Berger/Dulox make and of approved colour, shade to new Iron & wood work over a coat of red-oxide primer of Asian / Berger make including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Sample of Paint & Primer shall be approved before procurement and use.

Finishing wall surface of walls with cement based wall putty (water based) of approved make & finished smooth & even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Sample of Putty shall be approved before procurement and use.

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Sample of Paint & Primer shall be approved before procurement and use.

Wall painting two coats to walls with one coat of primer of approved shade (weather coat) on new work to give an even shade including cost of distemper of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Sample of Paint & Primer shall be approved before procurement and use.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of M-20 grade in Column base, Column Footings, Raft Foundation,Stem of the Columns, beams, chaujja, fin, lintel, stair case, jali , shelves and slab etc as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 20N. / Square mm. in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar and 10 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned to be mixed in concrete mixture with approved quality of cement including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days including, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and removing the debrises away from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
