M & L for rendering on walls, 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work, with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: - WPC measured and paid separately.

M & L for rendering on walls 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
