Supply, installing, testing and commissioning out door type step down transformer, 11 KV/433 volts (at no load) AC 3 Phase 50 Hz 100 KVA capacity, core type double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, ONAN with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping at (+-)2.5% to (+-) 10% respectively in step of2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after contineous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius. M&L for making alteration to existing HT electric cable supply connections at power house substation near IHQ Camp by removing carefully existing 11kV HT cable from VCB panel by disconnecting HT 11kV electric supply, removing carefully outgoing HT cable (of existing transformer) from VCB and making connections with outgoing VCB Module of new 4 way RMU unit. Making Input Supply electric connection from the said VCB panel to Input supply of Load brake switch of of new RMU Unit with new HT Cable 95sqmm and end joint kit all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rate does not include cost of New HT Electric cable 95Sqmm, 3 Core, indoor type end joints kit, and necessary earth work which shall be measured and paid separately.
