This is PAC item of FAIVELEY TRANSPORT RAIL TECHNOLOGIES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED-HOSUR and the purchaser reserves the right to place purchase order for bulk or entire quantity on PAC holder or Authorized dealer of OEM of the tendered item.

The firms which are not OEM, shall attach the tender specific authorization certificate from OEM issued for this tender, failing which their offer will be rejected.
