Repairs to Valan Bandhara and Construction of Farm Canal at Aachali Tal Mahabaleshwar Dist Satara

Item No 1 :- Excavation in soils, slit soft murum, lime shadu exceding 1.5 m width including depositing the material as directed with lead upto 15 m lift upto 1.5 m including dressing etc comp.

Item No. 2 : - Excavation in Hard Murum with boulder including stacking the material as directed lead upto 15 m & lift up to 1.5 m including dressing etc comp.

Item No.3 :- Excavation in soft rock exceeding 1.5 m in width including the excavated material as directed with lead upto 15 m & lift upto 1.5 m including dressing etc complete

Item No.4 :- Excavation in Hard Rock of all toughness by blasting including boulders above 0.6 m dia.(0.113Cum) minimising damage to side slopes of excavation in water prism area by adopting any one or combination of line drilling / pre-splitting / smooth blasting techniques and placing the excavated rock neatly in approved dump area as directed including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, leveling bed etc., complete with lead up to 15 m and all lifts as directed..

Item No.5 :- Providing & fixing in position M.S bar reinforcement of various diameter & length including cutting bending hooking laying in position & tying M.S bars for reinforcement of R.C.C work as per detailed drawing etc

Item No.6:- Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-15 (20 MSA) of trap / granite / gneiss / quartzite / graded metal for PCC with or without surface reinforcement/RCC concreting requiring heavy or special type of shuttering for works of gallery, sluice, spillway crest, spillway downstream face, energy dissipating structures, intake structures, training walls, piers, abutments etc. with Concrete Mixer with shuttering and scaffolding, placing, compacting, curing with an initial lead of 1 km and all lifts etc. complete as directed

Item No.7 :- Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-20 (20 MSA) of trap / granite / gneiss / quartzite / graded metal for RCC works of gallery, sluice, spillway crest, spillway downstream face, energy dissipating structures, intake structures, training walls, piers, abutments, slab etc. with Concrete Mixer including shuttering and scaffolding, placing, compacting, curing with an initial lead of 1 km and all lifts etc. complete as directed.

Item No.8 :- Providing ISI standard R.C.C. pipes (300 mm NP-2) in standard lengths of following class and diameter suitable for either collar joints or rubber ring joints, excluding GST lev-ied by GOI & GOM in all respect including inspection charges, transport to departmental stores, unloading and stacking etc. complete as per IS-458/1988. (MJP SSR 2021-22 - RCC pipe I (V) 1 b class P-II)

Item No.9 :- Laying and jointing R.C.C. pipe of NP2 class or IRC standard in C.M. 1:2, proportion by volume including cost of all materials (excluding pipes and collars), labour, aligning pipes, batching and mixing mortar, packing joints with hemp and mortar, finishing, curing with lead up to 50 m and all lifts etc. complete as directed.

Item No 11:- Providing & fixing position name board of standard size & prescribed form including cost of painting & lettering etc complete.

Item No 12 :- Testing Charges A) Compressive Strength of Cement Concrete Cube (1 Test for quantity upto 5 cubic metre, 2 Tests for quantity above 5 cubic metre and upto 15 cubic metre, 3 Tests for quantity above 15 cubic metre and upto 30 cubic metre, 4 Tests for quantity above 30 cubic metre and upto 50 cubic metre. For quantity 50 cubic metre and above - 4 Tests + 1 Test for each additional 50 cubic metre)
