Supplying and laying of Ready Mix Concrete for the grade of concrete M25 having characteristic strength not less than specified in the Is 456 - 2000 using Ordinary portland cement with minimum cement content of 300 Kg / cum confirming to IS 8112. Coarse aggregates having a specific gravity of 2.60 using 20mm down grated hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregate without fly ash as per IS 383 - 1970 (2007) with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 and not exceeding 0.50 of water quality confirming to IS 456 - 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels with specified high workability as per IS 1199 - 1959 (2004). The initial & final setting time confirming IS 12269 - 1987 (2004) with maximum temperature of concrete at the time of placing should not exceed 320C. Supplying and fixing sutiable end cap of 140mm dia PVC pipe as per standard specifications etc,. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers.

Supplying and fixing 300 mm wide PVC EXPANSION JOINT in the 20 mm expansion gap provided in between decks over piers and in between deck and dirt wall over abutment as showin the drawing including cost and conveyance of expansion joints including shalimar pad and joint sealant etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing PVC Water Bar 150 mm wide with singnel Bulb etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dewatering from the working area by using diesel pumpset 7.50 Hp including transportation, labour and all fuel charges etc. complete complying with technical specifications and as directed by the Departmental officers. (The use hours will be calculated according to Log book mainenance of machineries according to the rules in force and as directed by the departmental officers)

Manufacturing and fixing in position the RCC Precast Slab 10 cm thick in cement concrete M 15 using hard blue granite broken stone jelly of size 20 mm including the cost of steel and fabrication charges but including moulding as directed by the departmental officers, watering, curing, finishing, etc, complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of suitable 75 mm dia PVC pipes etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling with the Broken Stone jelly 40 mm thick layer including conveyance of materials etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and spreading of gravel including stacking the same for premeasurements and watering consolidation, ramming etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental Officers.
