SPL REPAIR TO PUFSH 864/01 and 02 AT KV COMPLEX AND MISC SPL REPAIRS AT BRAHMASTRA LAKE AT PMS (2nd CALL)

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular ) polished , area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush in white or colour cement with pigment over and including 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8mm thick, (square or rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but n. exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc , over & including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) screed etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces of size 450x350x7mm thick quality not less than group II, straight edge, , as in skirting , dados, walls etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4.complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 3 mm plain fibre glass sheet fixed to framed iron work or in claddings/similar works complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs floor mounted (single piece WC) bowl with cistern for coupled WC with and including UF soft close slim seat cover, hinges, dual flush cistern fitting, fixing accessories and accessories set complete of size 380x655x765 mm with S Trap- 250 mm, connector to branch soil pipe and anti syphonage pipes etc. including sealing the joints and making leak proof using sealant complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board of any descrition complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long, size of grid 605 x 605mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling (size of grid 605x605 mm) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Non asbestos fibre cement designer building boards 6 mm thick fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws in ceiling complete all as specified.
