The scope of artwork at Raja Bhoj Airport shall include conceptualization, design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of artworks based on the art, culture, heritage, architecture, tourism, and historical significance of Madhya Pradesh. (Area for art work - 510 sqft) Art should include Local Artwork-70%, Other states-20% and International-10% The agency shall prepare and submit artwork concepts, drawings, layouts, 3D views, and mock-ups for approval by Airports Authority of India (AAI) and execute the work as per approved designs and specifications. The work shall include all materials, fixtures, structural supports, finishes, surface preparation, minor civil works, labour, transportation, safety arrangements, installation, and associated works required for complete execution. Before execution, the artwork concept/design shall be duly vetted and approved by any State Government-owned heritage, cultural, art, archaeology, tourism, or architectural organization/institution of Madhya Pradesh to ensure authenticity, cultural relevance, and conformity with the heritage values of the State. The agency shall ensure protection of existing airport property, compliance with airport safety and operational requirements, and restoration of any damaged areas during execution. After completion, the site shall be cleaned and handed over in proper condition to the satisfaction of the Airport Director. The quoted rates shall be inclusive of all costs including design development, artist fees, materials, fabrication, transportation, installation, testing, commissioning, taxes excluding GST, and all incidental expenses required for complete execution of the work.
