(i) Firm should be OEM or authorised dealer of the OEM. In case of authorised dealer, dealership certificate must be attached along with the tender, else it will be rejected. Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

All the bidders/tenderers while quoting the rates should be clearly indicate the rate of applicable duties and taxes included in the prices quoted by them.

1.Consignee : SSE(L/D)/HWH/E.Rly. 2.This contract will be governed by the IRS Terms and Conditions with latest amendments. 3. Marking : Manufacturers identification mark along with month and year of manufacture to be provided 4. GC/WC is required as per IRS terms and condition of contract. 5 . Earlier delivery will be given preference. 6 . If deviation is not claimed in the bid, it will be treated as the firm is ready to accept Railway delivery period which is 30 days. 7. In case of imported item import document/ country of origin certificate to be provided along with the quotation. 8.Supply to be made at consignee end otherwise the offer may be ignored.
