Construction of Cremation Shed @ Kamaraj nagar sudukadu in Kalvirayanpettai panchayat.

Earth work Excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in all classes of soil except hard rock requiring blasting including all labour charges etc.,complete for foundation

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling M.Sand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with stanard specification.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four M.Sand and eight hard broken stone jelly) mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M.Sand) mix using country bricks 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ). Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone M.Sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three M.Sand and Six broken stone jelly) mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M.Sand and four hard broken stone jelly) mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (One Cement and Three P.Sand) to 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (One cement and Five P.Sand) to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint of First quality of approved colour over a Priming Coat including thorough scrapping , clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required etc, complete complying with standard specification(including primer).For OUTER WALL Surface.
