Provision of 1 NO 33KV VCB Panel as incomer as retrofit to the Exisitng outdoor VCB panel Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of outdoor type (IP 54) floor mounted metal clad, 33 kV Switch Board VCB panel with 01 Nos. VCBs, totally enclosed & fully interlocked, truck mounting, horizontal draw out, horizontal isolation type vacuum breaker as per IS13118 / IEC 62271-100 (2007) for breakers & 200 (2003), for panels/IS3427 as amended up to date, having capacities as mentioned below, free standing extensible on both sides, single break, trip free mechanism, motorised charged and auto / manually closing breaker suitable for use on 33 KV, 3 Phase, 50Hz A.C. supply with short circuit fault level of 1500 MVA, complete with self contained short time current 26.3 kA for 3 sec, Internal Arc Test for AFLR 26.3 kA for 1 sec at individual compartments i.e busbar, VCB, and cable compartment, rack in and rack out mechanism, air insulated but encapsulated copper bus bars capacity meeting fault level current , breaker featured with mechanical ON / OFF indicator with hand trip device, Breaker control TNC switch and all accessories such as shunt trip coil, and auxiliary switch of NO + NC (as per requirement but minimum 4 nos for each switch), motorised and manually operated spring assisted closing mechanism, emergency trip push button, interconnections, space heaters, earthing, etc. and equipped with following switchgears and accessories, connections suitable for cable upto 3C x 300 sqmm XLPE cable of 33 KV grade (cable entry from bottom), Separate earthing switch shall be provided for Cable earthing and Bus Bar earthing . The earthing switch / Earth trolley shall be so designed that it is impossible to earth a live. cable terminations suitable for 3C x 300 sq.mm. XLPE 33 kV cable.

This job includes foundation for Additional VCB panel and PCC platform of suitable thickness for HT isolator panel yard as per direction of Engineer in-charge. Necessary Modification to the existing HT panel Platform also need to be considered by the contractor nothing extra will be paid against any civil Works for Installation of HT Panel . Further the successful tenderer shall extend the Covered shed with painted GI roofing sheet 0.8 mm thick,horizontal & vertical supports with Medium guage painted GI Pipes of dia 50mm&100mm including foundation as per the extension of VCB panel with out any additional cost to AAI.The Foundation,Platform & roof shall be an extension to the existing structure. The quoted price for item No.1 shall be inclusive of all such works mentioned above i.e consturction of Cement Concrete platform for the extension of VCB panel,required modifications to existing panel and extension of exisitng roofing of sufficient lenghth and width as per site requirement etc.

INCOMER(Each Incomer consists of following). 1 No - 1250 Amp ,33 KV VCB, 3 Phase, 50Hz (Model:Schneider EVO PACT HVX-O-362612W254)) 1 set - LED indication lamp for RYB Breaker, ON- OFF- TRIP, Trip Circuit healthy, Spring Charged, DC Supply Healthy fails etc. 1 No - Multifunction Meter with accuracy class 0.5 LED display of I,V, Hz, Active, Reactive, Apparent Power & Energy, Power factor, %THD, Maximum demand, with RS 485 / Ethernet port and protection MCB and required accessories to complete the system 1 set - 33 kV/110 Volts PT Class 0.5 accuracy and 100 VA burden with 1 No. VAF (0- 36 kV), digital type, and protection HRC fuse for HT metering upto 36kV on incomer. 1 Nos - Dual core CTs for each phase 100A /5 of 15 VA burden (7.5 VA for each core) and accuracy Class-0.5 for metering and class 5P10 for protection. 1 set of each relays- Aux. relays for Anti Pumping & indication,Trip Circuit supervision relay ,Master Trip Circuit Relay 1 Nos. of over current & short circuit 51, 51N & one earth fault element with numerical IDMT relay with Over & under voltage, Over & under frequency, shunt trip on 24volts DC, on RS 485 modbus/ Ethernet port communication consisting over current and earth fault with last 20 trip history, 1 set- Earth Switch / Earthing Trolley for busbar & Cables respectively BUSBAR 1250 amps TP,36 KV copper Bus bar with heat shrinkable insulated sleeves with cast epoxy insulator to withstand full short circuit currents upto 26.3 kA for 1 second.Including providing & extending the existing busbars & auxiliary busbars for retrofitting the new breaker cubicle with the existing panel. Providing & Extending earth bus bar with 50 mm X 5 mm copper strip inside the panel Interlock and control wiring including supplying and laying of 2.5sqmm copper conductor multicore control cable as required for extending DC/AC supply, indication,metering, safety tripping & for providing electrical & mechanical interlocking b/w the incomers,Including providing mechanical interlock in existing incomer

Supply of 3 Core 300 Sq.mm sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 33 kV grade (33 kV- earthed) conforming to IS: 7098 (Part-II) amended upto date.

Laying of one number XLPE power cable of 33 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.Above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying of one number XLPE power cable of 33 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. This work includes clearing of blockage if any for the Hume pipes already laid by other vendor s. ( Cable size Above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm)

Supplying and making cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 33 KV grade as required 3 Core 300 Sq.mm. (Indoor type) Note:- Onside of the HT Cable need to be terminated to the Compact RMU with Compact VCB supplied and installed by State Electricity Department. Hence the HT Termination kit shall be as per the suitbale madel and make and need to be exeucted with proper coordination with state electricity department.

Providing, laying and fixing following dia RCC pipe NP2 class (light duty) in ground complete with RCC collars, jointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including trenching (125 cm deep) and refilling etc as required.- 250 mm dia

Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3.0mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal and salt complete as required.

Providing and fixing earth bus of 50 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface for connections etc. as required.

Constructing masonry Chamber Constructing masonry Chamber 2m x 2m x1.5m inside, in precast cement concrete solid block made from 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) of thickness 250 mm, and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design. Necessary partition in the middle of the chamber may be constructed for proper support to the Chamber covers

Providing and placing RCC Rectangular Covers on chambers Providing and placing in position 150 mm thick, factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on chambers of various sizes of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways, neat cement punning on finished surface, 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc. i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Slab Size:- 1.2 mtr x 2.4mtr ( The RCC Chamber cover may be precasted at factory or casted at site as per requirement)

This work includes dismantling of the existing chain link fencing for installation of HT Panel and re installation of the same by extension of Chain link Fencing as per the site requirement including Providing & fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing for HT Isolator Panel for the extended gap portion of the HT yard for making the fencing complete. Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of size 2mx6m & overall height of 2 mtr for HT Isolator Panel in mesh size 50x50 mm made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required in angle iron post & strut of size 65x65x5mm including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The angle iron posts at middle/centre of each face shall be bedded in cement concrete blocks 45x45x 60 cm of mix 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) which shall be erected on a cement concrete base of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)of thickness 10 cm, and the angle iron posts at corner shall be strutted on both sides with struts embedded in cement concrete blocks of size 70x45x50 cm of the same mix as for centre/middle posts with synthetic enamel paint complete as required. The cost of excavation, concreting, installation and painting is included in the scope of work.
