Execution of complete scope of work on Lump sum turn Key basis within Time schedule adhering to Quality and Safety guidelines for the complete EPC LSTK package comprising of Double Wall Storage Tanks, BOG Compressor, Evaporator, Intake Pumps, Feed Pump, cold blowdown system with all associated works within dyke wall with complete accessories and auxiliaries for Rajasthan Refinery Project as per the scope of the bidding documents which includes Project management, Residual Process Design, updation of FEED Package, HAZOP Study, SIL Study, Detailed Design and Engineering , Third party inspection, procurement, supply, transportation, port handling, fabrication, construction, erection, obtaining statutory approvals, installation, Inspection, Testing, supply of consumables, Hydro-testing, Pre commissioning, Commissioning of the package, along with associated facilities, including supply of commissioning and mandatory spares, chemicals, Tools and tackles etc, Training for Machine Monitoring System for owner's operation & maintenance personnel (10 mandays in three batches) at site, contratctor participation in Owner's supplied DCS/PLC FAT at DCS/PLC Vendor’s works( Price for 1 person for 5 days), Handing over LSTK Package to owner,as per scope of work mentioned elsewhere in the Bidding Document. The quoted price shall also include the insurance, all applicable taxes, Duties, Royalty and Levies as per bidding documents. Bidder to consider any other material/item also required for completion of the plant works but not specifically identified and covered above for completion of EPC-LSTK package works.
