Supply and fixing in repair blank flange of size 100mm made out of MS 12 mm thick including flange joint complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC blank cap of hydrants with GI chain complete all as specifed and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply & fixing hose box made of 18 gauge MS Sheet 800mm X 600mm X 250mm with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside yard & fixed on wall with necessary nuts/bolts or welding to existing MS pipe by supporting angle including taking down old cabinet complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair canvas fire hose 63mm dia bore 30 metre long confirming to IS Having male/female brass coupling both end complete all as specified.

Supply only SS Nozzle 25 mm bore suitable for 63mm dia canvas pipe complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n.ex.c 1.5 meter wide and n.exc 1.5 meter in depth for foundation etc for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes,pier holes, etc n.exc 1.5min depth and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Returning, filling is including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cms(Soil).

Cutting out concrete blocks, slabs, brickwork or stone masonry(in alternate course) forming toothings for and bonding new work in mortar into old work, including new materials entering old wall complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down existing double acting valve of size 100 x 65mm for servicing including replacement of unserviceable spares ie gland, nut, bolt, lock pin, CI hand wheel with chain, etc complete and re-fixing in position in high rise bldg not exceeding 15 stories complete all as specifed and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair Gun metal double acting fire hydrant valve of size 100 x 65mm conforming to IS – 5290/71 with all fitments such as cap cover instantaneous coupler for making flanged joint 100mm dia bore including taking dwon old complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Repairing to MS front door of size not exceeding 1.5 mtr x 1.5mtr including welding locking arrangement and painting complete with red colour including providing pad lock 50mm complete all as specifed and directed by Engr in Charge.

Preparing old painted surface of CI/MS pipe 100mm/150mm dia and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Red colour) including a coat or red oxide primer”

Servicing of hose reel drums by applying greasing, oiling etc and making free rotation to hose drum all as specified and directed all as specified.

Removing old paint by paint removers and cleaning with scrappers, any number of coats, steel surfaces of any description over applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on fire pump fire valve pit / fire fighting cubical box fitted inside bldg on each floor.

Supply and replacement, installation, testing & commissioning of Micro processor based 2 wire fault tolerant loop, required loop networkable type 5 Loop (each loop accessing maximum 99 detectors and 99 modules ) fire alarm/ detection control panel. The panel shall be able to give location of all fire/fault conditions of addressable units via the address codes. Further, the panel must be able to automatically switch ON /OFF respective control module whenever any alarm is triggered. The panel shall have rectifier, Loop cards, 80 character L C D unit to indicate Fire/Fault Signal with address and analog output. The Panel shall support 24 zones Addressable 2 way Talk Back fire fighter communication, in case of emergency. The panel shall have ability to get integrated with PA System for zone wise annoucements. The panel shall support both Loop Powered & conventional Notification devices for emergency responses. the Panel shall support Auto learn feature. The panel should support networking upto 99 panels with maximum distance of 12 Km between 1 & last & 1.5 KM between adjacent panels on RS485. Tha Panel shall support IP connectivity if requred to connect on LAN or WAN network. the panel shall support BMS connectivity through Bacnet/Modbus moduels. The Panel Shallbe Sheet Steel Painted, selaed to IP30. The Panel Shall have 24 Zones with Individual LED Indicators, expandable to 80 LED Indicators. The Panel Shall have 3 Serial Ports. The panel shall have a built in power supply and battery charger along with maintenance free 24 AH, 2 x 12 volt SMF Lead acid batteries capable of running for a minimum of 48 hours with battery charger complete as required.and as per specifications. conforming to BS5839 Standards and Duly Approved by EN54/ LPCB/ VDS/ UL/BSA including taking down old panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge, Voice Alarm controller with USB, MP3, AM/FM player )with 1000 watts Power Amplifier.

Supply and laying MS pipes 100mm dia conforming to IS 1239 (Part-I) medium grade with both ends flanged and drilled with standard MS fitting including 02 coats of synthetic enamel painting over one coat of red oxide primer in any length and fixed on walls including taking down old pipe complete all as specified and directed in high rise buildings. Note : MS flanges including welding to MS pipes and all flanged joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch ‘A’

Supply and laying MS tubing 150 mm dia medium grade with all fitting such as tee, socket, bend, union etc in trenches including taking down pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply & Fixing MS flanges duly drilled including welding to 100/150 mm dia MS pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in- charge

Material & Labour for flanged joints for 100mm/150 mm bore pipe at any location and position complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in- charge .

Supply and fixing in repair of electrical motors star delta starter fully automatic of capacity upto 05 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and painting external surface with cement based paint complete, colour as existing Semi under ground RCC sump of cap 01 lakh to 02 lakh ltrs after draining out scraping out bottom and side of wall with wire brush and bleaching powder, removing scaling fungus, flushing thoroughly with clean water, applying on coat of white washing after drying inside, writing of tank capacity and date of cleaning and due date of cleaning in capital letters of 20mm size on external surface of wall with white enamel paint over black paint surface all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for plinth protection of semi under tank and PCC on fire water tank , road cutting area all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair of broken valve pit chamber using sub class "B" brick masonry in cement mortar 1:4 including plastering internally and painted flush externally as the work proceeds and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in copping and welding work with angle iron frame 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm with 4 mm thick MS sheet cover two side open with 2 Nos hinges each side and 2 Nos lifting handle and in built locking arrangement including lock and key and surface with two coats of synthetic paint and a coats of red oxide paint on steel surface including necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work in any type of soil all as specified and directed.

Repair to unserviceable sluice valve of size 150/100 mm dia. Opening the nut,bolts both side flanged ,after taking down unscrew the top cover and taking out the spendle , gate with chucknut. Repair the unserviceable spindle and re-threading, spndle ,and refix the new checkunt as per spindle size. After repairing the sluice valve which shall be refixed to its position and testing all as directed by EIC

Supply and fix in repair Gate check nut of size 150/100 mm dia sluice valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Disconnect electric connection and taking out existing service cable from the cable duct and cleaning sand /mud /other items after cleaning reconnect the service cable in fire pump house and checking electric supply in fire pump house as per directed by Engr - in -charge

Supply & fixing in repair new non return valve (ISI marked) of CI body 150 mm bore flanged with rubber packing including nuts bolts and wahsers etc complete as directed by EIC

Taking down the broken iron coupling from the 40 HP to 60HP motor / pump and fixing the new coupling with cotter pin, rubber piece and nut bolts.

Supply and fix in replacement single core copper conductor cable PVC insulated of size 35 sqmm , 1100 volt conforming to IS 694/1990 and privide PVC pipe for protection of cable

Supply and fix in replacement of beam detectors with optical sight and a two-digit signal strength meter, temperatures ranging from –22°F to 131°F for hangers directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement tyco fire sprinkler fixing in ceiling mounted as per sample and directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking down old unserviceable pressure gauge with the help of gas cutter and S& F in replacement new Pressure gauge 100 mm dia with ball valve of pressure 25 Kg/Sqcm directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable air release valve (ISI marked) from the pump and supply and fixing brass air release valve as per sample as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing hooter Cum MCP semi addressable 4 wire communication system Hi-intensive sound (80 to 100 db) speaker for fire alarm complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply installation, testing & commissioning of 2 to 5 zone conventional type fire alarm panel system with LCD/LED chracter display each zone compatable with 20 devices (MCP/Hooter/detector) 240 V AC power supply automatic battery charger 24 volts sealed lead acid batteries sufficent for 24 hrs during emergency conditions as required.
