Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in 1:4:8, type D2, using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in 1:3:6, type D2 using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E165 (Fe-290 grade) as per IS 15911: 2010 as in framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars of shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for RCC M25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcment and form work shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for RCC M25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts, benches complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcment and form work shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks of class designation 7.5 as per IS 12894: 2002, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing new plaster surfaces walls including chajjas, facias etc by applying one coat of putty to surface finished even and smooth and applying two coat of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) over a coat of primer including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in soft/ loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed hot rolled low tensile structural steel of grade E165 (Fe-290 grade) as per IS 15911: 2010 as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed PVC COATED CHAIN LINK of mesh size 50 x 50 mm made of GI wire of dia 4mm , PVC coating 1mm (minimum) , overall dia 5.0 mm (Minimum), and minimum weight not less than 5.5 KG/SQM, fixed with nut and bolt with washer to angle or MS plate section complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flat iron, nut , bolt and washer shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply and fixed mild steel screw bolts (machine made), diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars any dia in stirrups, spaces and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for hardcore (broken stone or boulders) of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6, type D2, using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 100 mm thick in sub base for laying tiles, pavings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6, Type C1, using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks, filling of pressed steel door frame, fixing of hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 55 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixed aesthetically designed decorative hot dip galvanised mild steel 3.00 mitre long step pole with grey powder finish compatible all post top light.
