| 8 | b. 1st coat -Apply 1st coat of two component acrylic modified, ready to use flexible cementitious material on surface saturated dry roof and inside wall of parapet wall upto 600mm by brush or roller. After 1st coat of application, 45 gsm of fibre glass cloth to lay when the first layer is still green. 1st coat should be applied @ 1.50kg/sqmt/coat. Protection of treated surfaces with PCC ; The treated syrface shound be covered with 25mm/50mm PCC of M-20 grade (1:1.5:3) with proper slope (1:120) towards the rain outlets in alternate panels of 2 mt X 2 mtr. Keeping 6mm gap between the panel joint integral water proofing admixture conforming to IS 2645 @ of 100ml per bag of cement to be added in the screed concrete (Paid separately for this items) All corners shall be chamfered with 150mm X 150mm fillet. The rainwater outlets shall be just leveled with the screed concrete to ensure smooth discharge of water - peripherial gaps between PVC pipe outlet and concrete surface should be packed properly with rich concrete nd the peripherial mouth to be sealed with mosture insensitive epoxy putty of sika India Pvt. Ltd/MYK schomberg/Dr. Fixit/Fosroc. For purpose of measurement the entire treated surfaces will be measured e, Grooves of PCC surface should be filled with polysulphide sealant.
