S&F 30mm thick (styles) factory made solid panel PVC door shutters consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width tuck inside with solvent cement for styles & plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in MS frame welded/sealed to the styles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement and fixing in the frame at site all as shown on drawing on page 146 of SSR Part-II 2004 including taking down the old PVC door shutters as specified & as directed.

Note: Only Hydraulic door closer and double action floor spring shall be measured and paid separately rest items deemed to be included in unit rate.

S&F powder coated aluminium frames and shutters for doors,windows,ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prelaminated particle board, 12 mm thick, exterior grade, prelaminated on both sides with decorative choice laminations fixed to aluminium frame work or in slidings/openeble shutter including all necessary fittings like handles , knobs, piano hinges, rollers, rolling channels & any other fitting which required etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for prelaminated particle board, 9 mm thick, exterior grade, prelaminated on both sides with decorative choice laminations fixed to aluminium frame work or in slidings/openeble shutter including all necessary fittings like handles , knobs, piano hinges, rollers, rolling channels & any other fitting which required etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for Repairs or sifting of Aluminium anodised or powder coated aluminium partions of any section including aluminium beading,5mm thick tinted glass or 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board with decorative choice lamination on both faces all as specified and directed.

S&F Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No 3, aluminium (die cast ) body, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 Kg and fixed including taking down old one all as specified and directed.

M&L for Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty all as specified and directed. including taking down old floor spring hydraulically .

S&F in repair silding aluminium window locks including removing the old one all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix for 12 mm thick toughened glass door/ patition of approved colour, design & logo (if required any type) side opening type or sliding type with complete fittings of make DORMA or equivalent as approved including pivot hing/floor spring , handle fancy type (for VIP office doors), locking divice with duplicate kye, Spenders partition fixing rods/clits & other fittings if riquired etc & connecting jobs like tile cutting, demolition pcc, plastring & painting etc not exc. 1.50 Sqm to make site good all as specified and directed.(Note- All the fittings will be approve by GE/Engr-in-charge before work started at site)

S & F polycarbonate sheet, plain or coloured of 6mm thickness with multiwall along with other necessary accessories (i.e. Rubber bedding, aluminium strip etc) as in roof covering as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing aluminium composite panels shall consist of following (I) 3 mm thick thermoplastic core of anty toxic LDPE sandwitched between 2 skins of 0.5 mm thick aluminium sheet making a total panel thicckness of 4 mm with outer surface finished with PVDF based coating 30 micron ,ineer surface finished with a thin coat of polyster paint (II) aluminim framing of section 38 mmx50 mm x1.50mm thick , (III) aluminium grid shall not be exceed 1.0 sqm each the aluminium grid shall be fixed with clamp 40x6 mm not more than 1 m c/c (IV) Colour shall be approved by GE.

Taking down & refixing at the same of old aluminium composite panels including all new fitting like rubber bedding, clits, screwes, clamps etc whichever is required in fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for suspended false ceiling consisting of suitable anodised aluminium sections of ‘Tee’ of size not less than 22.50 x 22.5 x 0.5 mm Angle of size 22.5 x 22.5 x 0.5 mm & FI as per std engineering practices with ‘E’ board ceiling boards 4 mm thick in grid of 605 x 605 mm including cutting holes and making good holes for main joist, suspending with 6 mm dia GI wire to roof trusses, purling & rafters etc all as specified and directed.

S&F of 10mm tk prepainted gypsum board in the exsisting suspended false ceiling grid of 605 x 605 mm including removing old one all as specified and directed.
