Project management, Consistency Checks, Residual Process Engineering, Detailed Design Engineering including HAZOP/SIL Study & Other Safety Studies as mentioned in Bidding Documents, Project Management, Site enabling jobs, Soil Investigation, and co-ordination for the same with MPMC / OWNER, implementation of QRA study recommendations, total Procurement (including chemicals, consumables & chemicals required for pre-commissioning, trial runs and six months continuous running, special tools and tackles, Pre-Commissioning Spares, Commissioning Spares, Start-up spares & Mandatory spares), Fabrication, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Inspection & Expediting, Third Party Inspection, Supplies, Transportation, Insurance, Handling & Storage of all Equipment, Materials, items and other Construction Materials at yard/site, Fabrication, Assembly, Construction, Erection, Installation of all plant machinery including civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation including tie-ins as per bid documents , Testing, cathodic protection, Insulation, Painting, First fill of chemicals and lubricants, Obtaining all Statutory Approvals from CEA, CIF, PESO, OISD, PNGRB, etc. (except for Environment Clearance), assistance in obtaining other Statutory approvals, Pre-commissioning & Mechanical Completion of Mounded bullet Package along with the pumps , preparation of operating manuals, Start-up, Commissioning and Performance Guarantee Test Runs (PGTR), Training of Owner’s O&M personnel, consumables (Chemicals & Lubricants) for 6 (six) months operation, Contract closure activities of the Mounded Bullet Package, Final invoice/billing and handing over of the facilities with Final and “As Built” drawing/documentation, supply of spares with necessary support and services during defect liability period and supply of Chemicals, Catalysts, Tool & Tackles, Consumables, Lubricants, etc. for initial charge and replenishment of any loss of these during Commissioning up to handing over after successful PGTR of the 3 Nos. LPG Mounded Bullets ~ 8 M Dia X 64 M Length along with the pumps for LPG Marketing Terminal Process Plant for “Numaligarh Refinery Expansion Project” located at Dabidubi Village, Dist. Golaghat, Assam, India WITH SINGLE POINT RESPONSIBILITY on LSTK basis AS DEFINED IN THE BIDDING DOCUMENTS
