Schedule 'A' Section - I

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit nbot less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including light grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel wire mesh and medium grade GI wire protection pipe 15 mm bore up to main board complete as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unsv earthing complete ass as specified and testing on completion complete ass as specified and directed .Note - The units rate including the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 15 mm GI pipe (Medium grade) for watering 25mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 cast iron frame and 40mm thick RCC cover for pit etc & no extra payment will be made.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore,medium grade, 2.5 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in Plate No. 2 to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion..Note - The units rate including the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20 mm GI pipe (light grade) for watering 15mm GI protection pipe (Medium grade) funnel wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 cast iron frame and 40mm thick RCC cover for pit etc & no extra payment will be made.

M&L Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all specified and directed.

Taking out old unsv and S&F MCB DB CRCA sheet powder coated SPN 4 way, 240 V double door factory made suitable for incorporating MCB as out going connecting incoming and outgoing cables, taking out existing unsv DB of any size and making good distribed surface to match with existing complete all as specified.

All as per item No 4 above but SPN 8 way, 240 V

Taking out old unserviceable and M&L for sub main wiring with two single core PVC unsheathed FRLS copper cable 2X6 Sq mm, 650/1100 volts stranded conductor wire & drawing through rigid non metallic PVC conduit including continuous earth wire PVC insulated unsheathed cable 6 Sq mm copper multi stranded conductor and connecting to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 7 above but of size 4 Sqmm.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete,including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceilling roses, pandants,regulators,sockets light fittings etc removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling so as to match with the existing finishes all as specified.

M&L point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with unsheathed PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core FRLS cable of size 1.5 Sqmm in PVC casing -N- caping ISI marked with all connecting accessories,with sunken box 1.5 mm steel sheet including 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet properly cut for fixing switches and sockets etc, incl PVC insulated and unsheathed standed copper conductor single core of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly (switch and sockets to be measured and paid separately) proper colour coding will be maintained complete all as specified for the following.

(a) One light controlled by one switch 6/5 Amp

(b) One 3 pin socket outlet 6/5 Amps on the same board with other switches

(c) One 3 pin 6/5 Amp socket out let controlled by one switch indep board.

(d) Bell point controlled by one bell push switch

All as per item No 10 above but with multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable of size 4.0 Sqmm including PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 4.0 Sqmm for earth continuity and earthing for multipurpose 16/15 Amps socket outlet on the independent board -ditto-

All as per item No 12 above but with multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable of size 4.0 Sqmm including PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 4.0 Sqmm for earth continuity and earthing for multipurpose 16/15 Amps socket outlet on the independent board -ditto-

Taking out old unsv and S&F ceiling rose, surface bakelite, 65mm x 50mm , two to three terminals complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out old unsv and S&F for batten angle lamp holder insulated body with back plate suitable for batten fittings complete all as specified .

Taking out old unsv and S&F MCB single pole and neutral having braking capacity 10 KA. 35 to 60Amp, 240 volts C curve complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unsv and S&F MCB single pole having braking capacity 10 KA, 6 to 32 Amps 240 volts complete all as specified & directed

Dismantling and taking out the unsv/burnt copper wire of the motor from the exhaust fan and rewinding the motor of the exhaust fan of any make of size 250mm/300mm/450mm sweep with super enamelled copper wire of same size guage and weight as per existing including necessary insulating material to gain desire RPM as per manufacture design and varnishing the winding with two coats of synthetic varnish including heat treatment oiling greasing complete and reassembling of all parts with testing on completion.

S&F Metal body havy duty exhaust fan of size 300 mm sweep including and taking down unsv and depositing to E/M store complete all as specified and as direcetd.

Taking out old unsv and S&Fplug and socket in sheet metal enclosures with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with and including MCB SP 20 Amps 240 volts heavy duty all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out old unsv and S&F Square shaped recess/suspended mounted LED slim Flat panel, 36 watt, 2'x2'size, complete with all accessories and including connecting up to ceiling rose with 0.5 sqmm two core copper flexible conductor cable incl dismentling taking down unsv fitting any type all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying passing through pipe/over head testing and commissioning of 1100 Volts grade 'Heavy duty' PVC sheathed armoured cable LT, XLPE insulated aluminium conductor multi standed served with inner sheating of PVC tape armored with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed of size 6 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area 2 core confirming to IS specification,

Supply and laying passing through pipe/over head testing and commissioning of 1100 Volts grade 'Heavy duty' PVC sheathed armoured cable LT, XLPE insulated aluminium conductor multi standed served with inner sheating of PVC tape armored with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed of size 10 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area 2 core confirming to IS specification,

Supply and Stretching 4mm dia GI earth wire on existing over head service wire binding with and including GI binding wire 1.63 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing serviceable LED bulb/Tube light fitting and refixing the same complete all as specified and directed.

Amount of credit of Rs. 22345.50 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
