RequiredList of eligible similar nature of works completed during the last seven years ending last day of month previous to the one in which bids are invited including extended date, if any, in Form D. If private works shown in support of eligibility, then certified copy of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) certificate (Form 16A and 26A) shall be submitted along with experience certificate and the TDS amount shall tally with the actual amount of work done. (for Specialized firm only).
RequiredList of all ongoing similar works in hand with the bidder as on last date of submission of bid including extended date, if any, in Form D1 (by all bidders)
RequiredCalculation of Bidding capacity as per Form D-2 (for CPWD enlisted contractors in composite category and Specialized firm only)

RequiredAffidavit stating that similar works have not been got executed through another contractor on back-to-back basis in Form I (for Specialized firm only)
