Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/terrace by picking incl. taking down existing detoriated / decayed tar felt PCC tiles or any type of treatment including loose surface, scraping with scraper, chiseling, scraping of surface with wire brush or any other method, sweeping clean & washing down with water to remove dust etc. and removing the scraped materials debris to a distance not exc. 250 m.

M&L for wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles,lime terracing or cement concrete,including flashing and junction of parapet,etc,and surface painting with a layer of blown bitumen of any penetration applied hot @1.70 kg per sqm.blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cu.m per sqm and lightly tampered (area of flashing etc.shall be added to the roof area.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement on concrete roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface (work to be executed is in Patches in different numbers of buildings) with super thermo APP modified water proofing memberane comprising of the following for roofs (- (a) Cleaning of plastered roof surfaces and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 kg/Sqm on top of dry surface of finished cement mortar plaster. (b) One coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2kg /sqm shall be applied over primed surfaces. (c) One layer of APP based polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 kg/Sqm consisting 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric shall be unrolled surfaces with lap of 100 mm and the over lap shall be sealed by flame.

M&L for Applying two coats of aluminum paint on top of membrane @ 0.10Kg/Sqm.

S&F cement concrete tiles size 25cmx25cmx22mm thick machine cut pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments in floors over and including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 etc cut and polished complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M&L for Bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture, 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces etc all complete

M&L for Cutting grooves in brick wall,75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 all as specified and directed.Note :- Galvanised steel wire netting shall be measured and paid under relevent items

Supply only galvanised steel wire of mesh in size 12mm ,1.4 mm nominal dia of wire and fixed with tinned tack ,or galvanised wire staples.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster or wall tiles of any description on bricks or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on brick wall finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement in patches all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work using old size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per above items but except brick

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and apply two coat of cement base paint over one coat of cement primer complete.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling etc all complete

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper (acrylic) white or tinted over one coat of chalk whitening/primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls etc all complete.
