Providing Paver Block

Earthwork excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) to full depth as per designed in all soils and sub soils except soft disintegrated rock not requiring blasting and hard rock requiring blasting and bailing water wherever necessary. Refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth other than sand in layers of well rammed and compacted and depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m and clearing and leveling the site etc.complete complying with standard specification.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four crushed stone sand and Eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -Mixing by mechanical means for 10 cum.

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) scantlings of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc complete.

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three crushed stone sand and Six hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -Mixing by mechanical means for 10 cum.

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) .

Providing and Laying Paver Block of 80mm thick approved design made out of 12mm and 6mm HBGS chips in M30 mix properly cured to attain the required strength, Laying and interlocking block and well compacted using 1-3 ton capacity compressor, the cost inclusive of all materials for manufacturing, interlocking block loading transportation to work site unloading and labour charges for fixing over Sand bed of 30mm thick & Joints filling using compressor of 1-3 ton capacity including hire and fuel charges for compressor and all other incidental charges etc complete.

Painting two coats of synthetic Enamel paint of approved colour and make over one coat of anti corrosive Zinchromite primer over new wood / steel work, suitably prepared for receiving the paint by surface scraping, rubbing applying filler etc. including cost of filler, primer, paint all complete as per drawings and specifications.
