Cutting in earth work in all kind of soils and disposal of excavated earth upto all leads and lifts At dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of MC/ local body dumping charges if lived any as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work and jumper work and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer-in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of MC/ local body dumping charges if lived any as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement:6sand:12graded stone agregate 40mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.Including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and cenetering below support floor to ceiling in all height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforce concrete work and plain concrete work in :- (a)Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like i/c attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.Including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8graded stone agregate 25mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in breast and retaining wall. Including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing weep Hole with 90mm thick PVC pipe. Including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Stone filling behind retaining wall. Including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of unsuitable soil i/c excavation loading and disposal upto 4000m lead but excluding compaction of ground supporting embankment sub grade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per clause 303.52 as per technical specification 302.3.11 including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Water Bound Macadam Grading 1:- Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading1 as per technical specification clause 405 including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (90 to 40mm).

Water Bound Macadam Grading 2:- Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per technical specification clause 405 including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (63 to 45mm).

Water Bound Macadam Grading 3:- Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause 405 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts( 53 to 22.4mm).

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base i/c cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 SS-1 @ 0.70-1.00Kg/sqm. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate 0.25-0.30 kg/sqm on the prepared non bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Bituminous Macadam:- Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per table 500.7 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto all leads laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the require grade and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD technical specification clause-504. (Bituminous s-90) @ 72.43 kg/cum. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mmcompacted thickness, composed of Type-B 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregate at rate of 0.27 cum , mixed with Bitumen MS Cold at the rate 2.15 Kg per square metres of road surface to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in cold mix Plant 30/40Tonne per hour capcity, transporting mixed material with tipper and laying manualy to the required grade and camber and rolling with a three Wheel 80-100 kN static road roller, finished to required level and grades to be followed by a seal coat as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 508

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voides in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levele and Cross fall using type A type-B type-C as per technical specification clause 510 by manual means & 6.80kg 10m2 type-A -S-90.
