Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per Clause 303.5.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.11

Construction of Sub grade and earth shoulders (Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads,transporting to site, spreading , grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table (300-2, with upto 1000m as per technical specification clause 303.1. By mix in place method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading inuniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 (ii) for grading II materials

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (With initial lead of 5.00km) (A) By manual means

Prime Coat:- Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying of primer at the rate of 0.90-1.2kg/m2 using mechanical means as per technical spefication Clause 502 (medium porosity)

Tack Coat:- Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (CRS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specifation clause 503 (For speed breaker)

Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawings and signs.
