PAINTING/PERIODICAL TO DIFFERENT UNIT IN AOR OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE(WEST) PATHANKOT

Taking down cement plastering at any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debries and depositing where directed

Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster 1:6, incl finishing even and smooth without using with out extra cement on internal faces.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth with using water proofing compound @3% without using extra cement complete all as directed. (Note : WPC will be measured separately)

M&L for cement plaster 1:3, 5 mm thick incl finishing even and smooth without using extra cement on ceiling.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation to old decorated, plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling, by brooming down, scraping down smoke spots, moulds, mossand efflorescent salts etc. and applying one coat of white (lime) wash including cornices pilasters etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash to ceiling surfaces including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified
