ELECTRICAL WORK

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm(22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC. Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with 5A F.T. switch inflush with wall, covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light / fan point (For electronic regulator) (6 Points Per Coil) etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and Run of 2 of 2.5 sq.mm (36/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable Rigid PVC pipe on wall and ceiling with continous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire for earth connection with painting of suitable colour etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and Run of 2 of 4 sq.mm (36/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable Rigid PVC pipe on wall and ceiling with continous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire for earth connection with painting of suitable colour etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and fixing of 6A Modular Switch (2Module)and scoket (2Module) combined flush with Ms box concealed in wall with suitable masonary work etc complete with connections etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and fixing of 12-way-Modular switch & scoket Box in flush in Metal Surface Box - 12/16 (2 row x 6) Module and PVC Plate-12module cover on wall and making good condition.The Modular Box consist of 4nos -6A-Switch ( 6A Switch 1W - 1 Module with Indicator) and scoket ( 5pin -universal) with inner connections and suitable Modular covers.( make -roma/Similar make) etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and fixing of 5A 3 pin and 2 pin combined flush type wall socket with 5A flush type switch on suitable TW box with hylem sheet etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and fixing of 5A/15A 3 pin combined flush type wall socket with 15A flush type switch on suitable TW box with hylem sheet etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and fixing of 8 way single pole and neutral MCB sheet steel enclosure Distribution board 1No 32 Amps DB MCB as incoming and 6 Nos 6 Amps to 32 Amps SPMCB outgoing in flush with wall and making good of the concealed portion with earth connection only. The MCB DB and MCB's should be with ISI mark (Like Standard make) etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and fixing of 7 segment 4 way TPN MCB sheet steel distribution board (Higher end) with metal /acrylic door cover flush type /surface type fitted with busbars and neutral links with single / three phase MCB outgoings and seperate 4 way provision for accomodating one no. 4 pole incoming MCB / Isolator and another seperate 4 way provision for accomodating one no. 4 pole ELCB / RCD (totally 8 ways in one segment) (3x 4 ways in each segment) and seperate provision for MCB / Isolators ( totally 12 nos.) for sub incomers in 3 segments with lable holder and provison for taking up cable for size not less than 35 sq.mm.with the following on wall with earth connection only etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and Fixing of Main Distribution Board with suitable dressing work including inner connections.The cost including Materails ,painting work,masonary works etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and Laying of 3.5corex50Sqmm PVC Armoured LTUG Cable etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 3 1/2 x 50 Sq.mm PVC LTUG aluminium armoured cable with earth connection etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and providing cable end termination of 3-1/2 x 50 sq.mm. PVC LTUG aluminium armoured cable with necessary aluminium cable sockets by crimping etc with electrical connection etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm (48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 1 meter down rod on the existing clamp etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and fabrication of Fan clamp with suitable anchor fastner screw for fixing in ceiling.The cost includes fabrication charges,materails ,fixing Charges and other incidental charges etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Earthing as per PWD standard with an earth electrode of 2 mt class ‘B’ GI pipe of dia not less than 32 mm, complete with necessary masonry work etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and run of 1 of No.8 SWG copper wire for earth connection etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and Fixing of Led Light(18W) etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and fixing of Single box 4’40W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condenser with TW round blocks on wall of ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting with flu. Tubes(MAKE :CROMPTON/PHILLIPS) etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and Installation of Air Curtain Velocity 21m/s Velocity 6feet width dimension(mm) 900x230x212 single phase etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

At Entrance and Name Board Display Light Arrangement Supply and fixing of of Led Flood Light (300W) etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and Installation of DAHUA/WBOX TWO Megapixel 1/2.9'' two mega pixel CMOS, 25/30 FPS@1080P, 3.6mm fixed lens, IR Leds length IR Camera High speed 20M..DAHUA/WBOX 8-CH-HD NVR-1CH Audio; HDMI, VGA, output support 1HDD upto 4TB; HYBRID DVR for two mega pixel.. 2TB surveillance DVR Hard disc,, 10A power supply for camera,, Control rack,, 1+3 cable supply,, samsung TV screen-1no & laying with materials, PVC Box, connectors, installation, testing and commisioning with transportation charges all including materials, consumables, labour etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

For AC unit provision ( inside hall) Supply and fixing of New 2 Ton-Split AC unit(5 star Rating) including all incidental charges and fixing charges.The cost includes copper tube extension for 3M including installations,Outdoor unit's-Stand including fixing charges, etc complete.and as directed at site( Make of carrier/Blue star/Lloyods/ISI similar).The cost incudes transpoation charges,installation including electrical connections,etc complete and a directed at site.The materail should get approval from the Departmental Office before supply of Materials etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and fixing of copper tube of suitable size for connecting AC units indoor and outdoor unit etc complete with necessary connections and as directed.(The extension of copper tube is excluding the 3M length already supplied with the AC machine unit.).The cost includes materail cost,Labour cost and other incidental charges etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and fixing of drain water outlet provision for Split AC machine for draining water from indoor unit .The cost includes materail cost and labour cost.

Supply and providing of pipeline nitrile rubber insulation for Refrigerant and drain pipe lines etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and fixing of 20Amps DP Plug and Socket in sheet enclosure with 32A DP MCB in flush with wall with earth connection (For AC Plug) [Legrand (MDS) / Hager (L&T) make] etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and fixing of 3core x4Sq.mm copper flexible cable for power supply provision to outdoor unit .The cost includes materail cost including labour charges etc complete as directed by the departmental officer.
