S/I/T/C of Post Top light for Library surrounding streets ,South Campus, University of Delhi

Supply, erection, Testing and comissioning of hot dip galvanized octagonal steel pole of 3 metre height made out of 3mm thick sheet PCD 200 mm, having bottom 130mm A/F & top 70mm A/F with built in connector box of size 500 mm length, M.S. base place of size 200 mm x200mm x 12mm thick to accommodate the fitting on existing RCC foundation including Supply and fixing of 4 nos. M-16 x 450mm long J Type (EN-8 grade) G.I. foundation bolts, 12 Nos. of Nut, 4 Nos. of washer along with suitable size templates, making connections, interconnections with suitable size of copper wire with thimble/lugs in the connection box, earthing, making numbering of pole etc. complete as per drawing & technical specifications attached including following accessories mounted on inbuilt control box having flush cover with 3 nos mounting strips with tapped holes. (a) 6mm thick phenolic taminated sheet/bakelite sheet inside the window mounted on the existingmounting strips inside the flush door (b) Supply and fixing of Terminal block suitable for 16 sqmm conductor 4 nos. & shorting links - 5 nos. on DIN Channel. (c) Terminal suitable for 6 SWG GI Wire / 1.5 sqmmm wire. (d) 6 Amp SPMCB 10 KA 'C' Series - 1 NO including mounting on DIN Channel. This includes making of foundation of size 1200 mm x 400 mm x 400 mm made of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 Coursse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with provision of IN and OUT slot for cable entry including excavation and refilling etkc. as required (Make: Bajaj/ Trasrail / Jindal /Tata)

Supply installation, testingand commissioning of pre-wired, 45 watt, IP 65, Post top lantern light have symmetric light distribution, 220-240 V, 50 Hz complee i/c all accessories etc. directly on surface i/c connection with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable and earthing etc. as required make Philips uniscape model Cat No. BGP200 LED 45 CW PSU GR CPC SPD or equivelent model of Thron/Trilux.

Supplying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size 4C x16 sqmm etc. as requried.

Supplying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor un armoured power cable of 650/1.1 KV grade of size 3C x1.5 sqmm etc. as requried.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.Upto 35 sq. mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.63 mm dia (0D-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)
