Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames), area not exc 1.50 sqm each and making good disturbed surface of walls in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for second class hard wood wrought scantling fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of colour and design as approved by GE, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for 80mm thick, M-40 grade, precast cement concrete interlocking tiles (glossy / rubber matt finish), hydraulically pressed, cemented tiles of grey colour with pigments as in floor laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushion and including filling of interstices with fine sand complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Size, shape and pattern shall be as approved by GE.
